“My bike tubing blew out on me but I was able to come in and I was taken care of quickly! As you can imagine, I had to carry my bike in but even with a busy line, one of the employees quickly made sure that I was sent to the right spot and the proper employee was going to help me! In only a minute or so, Jonathan came to help me and answered all of my questions! Even though I am sure I pestered him quite a bit, he was very encouraging, knowledgeable and careful as he fixed my bike!”
