Tried to plan my day, checked in on app with a specific stylist (you would think that's your appointment) went and checked in at location, que said my wait was 15 min, she finished who was in the chair, then my wait said 8 min... Cool, I figured I was next. There was someone else with first available (meaning first stylist who did not not have them specifically booked) but the stylist that I had booked with took the "first available" and it bumped my wait time from 8 min to 40 min. What the heck????? I left, I had things to do, which is why I booked an appointment. They need to fix it.

Who ever identifies as g and Weres a bandana there needs to be fired and have her license revoked by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had did not go to specifications asked for took about double what I asked for off and didn’t have time to say anything abt because of how impatient and rushing she was while cutting my hair worst stylist ever and please hope she sees this

What a great place this was. By far the best haircut my son has ever had. They were so kind and patient and really took the time to understand what haircut we wanted. Senior pics r today so the hair cut was important to get right and she nailed it!!! Will def be coming back.
