Had a great time and actually found a good amount of things I grew up shopping and thrift stores when I come to Ross it reminds me of shopping at the stores because you got to look for the stuff I know a lot of people complain about the mess and the lines being long if you don't want to deal with that kind of stuff go to Macy's or JCPenney's Don't try to compare the stores cuz the prices aren't comparable either if you come to Ross know that you are going to deal with something when you come here that's just what it is but it's well worth it

Always a mess, crowded and very skinny isles. Employees at the registers aren't very friendly and I absolutely HATE when they make 2 customers crowd the register at the same time while your still paying. I try to give that person space but the cashier makes you come up even tho I refuse and wait till they're done paying. It's always rush rush rush. A bit more manners from all the employees would be nice and allow space between each guest when paying.

Next time you shop there make sure you take an item up with the price on it! My daughter in law took up a romper with no price and the girl charged her for a robe since the romper didn’t have a price, she didn’t even have a robe to purchase cashier just rang it up as a robe! Daughter in law took it home and didn’t like how it looked so she took it back to get a refund, they made a big deal and tried to say she bought a robe but my daughter in law had receipt.. They literally checked the cameras in front of my daughter in law to see if she was lying!!!! Mind you my daughter in law is 7 months pregnant and does not need the stress or nor will she be stealing, not her fault the cashier was lazy and didn’t do her job right!! She could have went to go get the exact item with a price on it and rang it up instead of a robe.. We will never go to that Ross again!

I shop here pretty much everyday and the old lady that works in the fitting room area should be move to security. She acts like I’m going to steal. If she’s gonna be acting like that she gotta be moved to the front fr let’s see if she’s gonna stop the actual thefts. Other than that you can find really good stuff for a good price.

Thank You JAY! You're amazing!During my visit today I couldn't help but notice how Jay exemplifies a work ethic to be admired. Jay is attentive to the customers and diligent in helping all the staff.
