Worst rite aid up here ! Staff was literally talking about a past customer while using inappropriate cussing. They literally never have ice cream here ever! Their freezers are always breaking down. Or if they are working, they never have any inventory! I’ve been to all the other Rite Aids up here and I’ve never had problems like this one . I hate it.

We came in as a contracted third party to complete two simple jobs. The m.o.d., Jennifer, treated both workers with distain. She was curt, unhelpful, and a disservice to the reputation and core values of the Rite Aid Corporation.

Phone service is horrible you call and your made to wait long periods of time. They tell you that your insurance is expired when and you have different insurance and go in they make you wait over a hour and half

If I could give zero stars I would! There was a man who had a bike and was hanging out in the front entrance for another woman getting a prescription. It was cold and he wasn't bothering anyone. One of the employees proceeded to kick him out even though he explained he was waiting for this woman. I stepped in and told her it was cold and asked if she realized how cold it was. She responded yes. Which I don't think she realizes how cold it is out side.tbh she should be ashamed that she had no compassion for these ppl.

Very friendly workers. They have cute last min gifts, card, snacks and of course the best ice cream 'Thrifty'❤️ (strawberry❤️). They do offer at the pharmacy, for a fee of course mine was $50, the 7th grade vaccine needed to enter middle school if you have no insurance or the Pediatrician can't do it on time. For cards they do charge $4.95 to reload cards like Chime and cashapp; Walgreens is best for that instead is free. Other than that is great.

Would never recommend this place for anyone that tries to pick up medication. They are extremely rude. They wouldn't try to find a way for our insurance after my doctor called before hand to make sure they took it. Don't understand why but I talked to three people and they were not helping at all. It's frustrating because people that don't like their jobs are working here. So many comments and still no change. Ride aid pharmacy should really start working on there.customer service.

I am a home health care nurse. This store is one of the worst! Sunday 02/26/2023, the pharmacy didn't get open until 11. Am they supposed to open by 10:00 am the Sunday before they also were not open by 10:20 am that is the time I walked out. Everyone is late on occasion well if they are not responsible that is,but things do happen but this store is really bad. The employees are what makes a business, so I've said it all ..
