Provest has done right by me and my family for years! Getting maintenance done on the house is really simple through their website/app and whenever I have a question about my lease or renewals or anything, they are always courteous.

I recomend Provest services to anyone wanting to rent there Property in the High Desert area. The Provest team offer an excellent service and very friendly customer support. They are very quick and efficient, but most importantly, EASY to contact. The staff are all very knowledgeable and pleasent to work with. The Provest staff have all ways found me good reliable tenants, thats why I'm still with them after 15 years!!

We have lived at the same address in Victorville, CA for 17 years now. Provest has been a great property management company that responds to maintenance requests immediately, does annual inspections to ensure our fire and carbon monoxide protection is proper and the home is compliant with state laws, and has built a reputation with us as being fair and friendly. I strongly recommend them as a property management company.

I like Provest Realty. I have been with them for three years and have never had any issues. When I ask permission for certain things its normally approved as long as it's not outrageous. I don't have many Maintenace issues but those are solved really quick. Everything is really easy to get to online to pay bills and simple to fill out Maintenace request.

The people have been great to work with. I just wish they didn't force all these "services" on the renter. I have to give my personal info to multiple third parties. I had to create a pet screening account just to tell them I have no pets. There is also an extra $40 per month charge to help you turn on utilities, which I don't understand why I'd need help for this. They also give identity theft protection and I think renters insurance. But my current insurance is only $12/mo. So it's just extra costs and I see no benefit. But again, they get all my personal info. But the property appears very well maintained. So I think I'll be happy with this property management company once I just accept the extra monthly costs. The additional charge was clearly defined on the rental listing and I agreed so I just need to deal with it.
