I've been renting from Priority One for 11 years now & absolutely love them! They are professional, friendly, respectful, diligent. You will not be disappointed if you with with this rental agency. They are quick to fix any problems that arise. They are always on top of responding to any emails or calls. The first property I rented from Carrie we lived in for ten years when the owner decided to sell the home. Carrie helped us find another home that would work for us. She maintained contact throughout the entire move out/move in process. She made sure my deposit refund was given back to me quickly. Savannah is absolutely the easiest person to deal with no matter what the issue. Again you will not be disappointed when dealing with Priority One. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place. Five stars isn't enough for Carrie & her team!

I have been a tenant of a residence managed by Priority One Property Management located in Hesperia for 5 years. Carrie and her team have always been courteous, professional and prompt in handling any maintenance issues or any other circumstances that may arise from being a renter. I would highly recommend this management company, whether you are looking for a place to rent or a property owner looking for someone to help manage your rental.

I’ve inquired about multiple listings and met the requirements for each listing to only get no call back about viewing the property. Seems to me that they know exactly who they want to live in the properties before the post them.

Rented a house from them 4 years, moved out 4/2020 took a week off work to make sure all cleaning inside including kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls. Outside all weeds were done. Took pictures emailed to them to make sure we got our deposit back...well no deposit because they are charging us for the above things we already did. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless they want to get ripped off on their deposit.

I have been using Priority One for many years as a landlord. The staff has always being very helpful and courteous, and very attentive with my properties. They notify me right of way when there is a problem with any of the tenants, and helped me find the best quotes for the repairs needed so it can be fixed right of way to my satisfaction.

DISCRIMINATION. Husband and I are trying to rent a home and have my disabled parents move with us due to them living to far away from their doctors and a better hospital. Before we were even given a showing of a home Carrie denied my family with the sorry excuse that we can not rent a home through them just because my parents do not live with my husband and I at this moment. With experience from a family of renters, I have never heard of any company denying a family from renting a home for such reason when families are always moving in together.

DO NOT THINK YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK FROM THIS GREEDY PROPERTY COMPANY. We rented for a year and upon us giving a 30 day notice, were informed basically even if you pay to have the house cleaned they will be charging you extra to have their cleaners clean it, we decided to let them take it out of our deposit. We were informed it will be $80 for carpet and $80 for cleaning fees. When we actually did get our deposit back they took out $180 dollars for blinds "missing/or broken" we have PHOTO PROFF OF NO MISSING OR DAMAGED BLINDS. Especially since we bought and installed NEW blinds before we left just to avoid any unexpected charges over anything they think they can squeeze out of us. We had a strong feeling they were going to nickel and dime us over our deposit. They are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. we were NEVER late on our payments and we were respectful tenants. It took the course of a year to see how that office can be untrustworthy so beware. If you find yourself dealing with them make sure to remember, if and when you move out... kiss that large deposit good bye. FAKE DAMAGE CHARGES AND HIGH CLEANING BILLS.
