Had my kitchen totally remodeled and a window moved about 2 years after we got heavy rain now we're out of warranty but they came and fixed it free of charge now 4 plus years same window, heavy rain tonight same problem, didn't last long now I have to find someone to come seal my window the right way plus where the moved the window on outside the paint is all gone they didn't even match the paint to right color but I didn't say anything about that .

This place is Amazing. I highly recommend! All of Mike's workers were extremely respectful of my time and home. They fixed a load bearing wall that somebody else screwed up. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. My wife and I were so happy with the results! Thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism.

Had the best experience working with this company, Mike the guy who had helped us out from start to finish went above and beyond to make sure we found the flooring that matched perfect with what we had already had in the dining room and hallways. The prices were reasonable I would definitely come back for future flooring needs. Thank you Mike for all of your help!!

When i first walked in i spoke with a younger man and it was so kind and helpful. But after i picked my products and was ready to start the process this turned into the WORST experience. I'd give 0 stars if I could! Michael is arrogant and will tell you anything you want to hear, but will only follow through when he feels like it. I had my showers done and had to have them come out multiple times to fix mistakes. Then they forgot the product that goes into the shampoo boxes and thank god I asked because they were just going to skip over that and Mike told me that other people don't put different materials in the shampoo boxes, so that's why it wasn't there.... I don't care what other people do, that's what I want and what I paid for. Then my fireplace and mantle was done by them.... the mantle gas two big gaps that were supposed to be fixed but Mike never showed back up to fix that, the rock of the fireplace had huge gaps in between the rocks where you could see all the wiring that was connecting them together. We had to get his fireplace guy back out two times also to fix that too. Horrible experience and wish we would have gone with someone else!P.s. Javier was the guy that did the tile in the bathrooms and was very nice, hardworker and did great work.

Pacific Carpet and Tile did a full demolition and remodel of our kitchen and living room. We worked with Michael. Michael's communication throughout the whole process was wonderful. It's good to know we were never ignored. The company has access to many style choices and options. Michael also helped us design our layout which was quite helpful. Overall, the process lasted from January until the end of May. We are happy with the final result. Some constructive criticism: Many of the contractors left projects slightly unfinished so things took a lot longer than expected but Michael always made sure the projects were eventually completed - even coming in and finishing some himself. All of the contractors were very nice and we felt comfortable with them in our home. The company is a family run business and we were always treated with kindness and respect from Michael, Roy, and Roger.

My house flooded and needed new drywall and kitchen refinish. The owner Roy and his staff are amazing, very timely and skilled. Oh and I removed a wall and they created outlets for my TV that I moved over to my fireplace. All in all not just tile and carpet. It's truly a one stop shop. I had granite installed, plumbing redone, cabinet rebuilt, drywall and special plastering done on my walls and my counter was lowered. Can I tell you it only took A WEEK!!! Family owned business for 35 plus years. I'm an interior designer and it's hard to satisfy me and I'm very well pleased.

I'm looking forward to my kitchen being remodeled. They have been super helpful and friendly. So far I am extremely happy with Mike and all of his help. They respond quickly to calls and messages. I recommend this business.

We used these folks to do our countertops and backsplash. We did our research and after meeting with several companies we chose them hands down. The nicest folks ans they worked with us to get what we wanted at a good price. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again.

Be careful with this company. Michael will record you without your knowledge, asking if you're satisfied with the product a week later. You realize you're not satisfied. They'll paint your cabinets three times and still not get it right. Drawer faces falling off blisters above the stove on the cabinets countertops lean unlevel the only thing that came out right in my whole kitchen was the backsplash. Very poor customer service. Promise you this and promise you that lie to you this and lie to that promise you'll be happy. It's going to be beautiful and it is when you're about 50 feet away but once you get in there it's not

I've had multiple projects throughout the years with other companies but never have i felt the peace of mind i experienced with PACIFIC CARPET. Working with Michael and Pacific Carpet & Tile Plus was such a great experience. From the start, exceptional communication was in place. We had beautiful quartz counters installed in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time daily and worked efficiently and were professional and courteous. Upon completion of the job, Michael came to our home to do a final inspection to assure we were satisfied. We were, and look forward to using Pacific Carpet & Tile for future projects.

We were in the process of doing a remodel with another contractor up in the high desert…we were not happy customer, they did not show up to start on work for quite some time…we we’re not given priority! However from the time I went to Pacific’s shop he had wonderful customer service, was very patient, showed me lots of product until I found exactly what was perfect for Our Home…. he did not charge us extra for a little things that came along the way, he took care of it himself he did not refer it out to someone else he was hands on and a man of his word! the work is exceptional!I am very particular when it comes to detail work and everything is done with the highest standard and everything he suggested when we redid our bathrooms and flooring and sinks and faucets it was exactly what we were looking for. I definitely recommend this company for all your needs!

I hired this company on May 2021 for a whole house remodel, signing a contract for work done in 3 months giving to MICHAEL $77,000 in front of $120,000 to have work done in 3 months. We left house empty to let them space to complete work without barriers. We decided after 1 month to come and check project and only demolition done. We talked to Michael about it and he promise us remodel done in 3 months and it didn't happen. We were very pacient, floor work done very satisfy, rest of the work bad Quality, cheap material, nosty work done. MICHAEL is unprofessional, liar, arriving late all the time, bad manners, unrespecfull, etc. MICHAEL still working in my house not fininising yet. MICHAEL takes advantage of his employees making them to pay with their salary owner mistakes, employees have financial needs for that reason they are tolerating MICHAELs unacceptable behavior, employees don't have breaks, overtime and lunch according to CA law. Huge issue in this place if employees decide to law suit this place for sure is going to be closed for ever and not more inocent people waisting time and money in a cheapy and nosty work. Unreal profile pictures be aware of that.
