It’s been roughly 30 years since I started working with Jason and the staff at NCS…back then it was known as Drew Carriage. 30 years…30 years of honest advice…30 years of great customer service…30 years of “Jason I screwed up” only to here Jason say “ that’s ok…I can sell you what you need to fix it” lol! 30 years of friendship and great service! You guys Rock and I’m grateful for all your support!

Customer service in Salisbury MD is horrible. Wont even try to do the job needed. I ask for someone to analyze and mix a custom paint color that has no paint code. said they couldnt bring camera out because it couldnt get wet in the rain. IT WAS NOT RAINING. And after telling the guy many times it is a custom color on a 70 pickup he still told me to call the dealer and get a paint code. I thought that was horrible customer service. They never tried and acyed like I was a problem. NCS will not have me a a problem again.

This place is unbelievable customer service bad if I was to own that company I would definitely fired that's one chubby guy unfriendly bad customer service won't come back at all rather go to the other paint store down the street buy JR Tires

Always friendly and are very knowledgeable. Helped explain and walk through paint and types best for my vehicle. I have paint matches with them before and it was spot on.

This place is a joke the store in Tempe Arizona has gone down hill.... I’ve been buying from them for over ten years . The manager closes down the store @4-4:30 daily even though the sign says 5..... good luck dealing with this place if your a jobber better luck going somewhere else too many many issues here to list with new management and upper management after all of the years of going to this store and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars throughout the years I’ve been banned by manager Michael Breedlove and his boss Jon Sturino for pointing out issues with customer service and flat out bad business practices..... previous staff and management in all previous years have never been this unorganized and unprofessional

WE NEVER see our salesman he makes sure to drop off our order when we are out to lunch every time we order. Have never seen any new products or products on sale?

I have had the pleasure of Chris Wilson out of Wichita, KS be my NCS rep for the better of 7 years now and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s prompt with ordering supplies, and 9/10 he can answer any question I throw at him. The other time he has the answer within the hour. He’s a great guy and it’s always a friendly experience when he comes to the shop.
