I bought a tool and they told me it had a lifetime warranty. After 2 years it broke. I went with the receipt and they didn't change it. They told me that the owner had changed.

They actually had 35mm socket. Our truck broke down on a dirt road but they had the cv axle and 35mm socket for the axle nut do we weren't stranded.

I've patronized this chain of stores for 20+ years, I'm saddened to find out Scott has Sold his chain of franchises back to corporate, now there's faces I dont recognize and already many negative changes have been implemented.

We needed to get a relay switch and fuel filters for our F250 they had both in stock. But the prices were a little bit higher than online,but this is our only vehicle we needed it now. OK, now the bad thing is to be careful about your parts. The guy looked up the relay to get my part, and as you could guess, it was the wrong style. We had to return it. They had it, but under the wrong type of relay. Good place, but make sure you have the right part before you leave. Lesson learned for me.

This is a great store tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center, best way to find it is to look for the Taco Bell on the corner of Main and G. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, was promptly helped by asst manager Kevin who got my rotors turned quickly and accurately and supplied the new premium brake pads for my brake job. Thank you Napa for your courteous, prompt service and reasonable prices.
