Don't waste your time coming here the worse customer service ever DESTINY is just up your ass not allowing you to browse comfortable I like to take my time on what I'm purchasing she's literally hurrying you up and will yell close to your ear and when you ask her a question she ignores you because she distracted watching videos on her phone with both ear bugs on

Don't even walk into this place horrible disgusting customer service specially from a Nataly who comes out of the back stuffing her face with food and has an attitude because I told her she only connected one of my twins phones and says it wasn't her,So I showed her the receipt with her employee # and says "well your daughter told me she would do it herself" I was like why the hell would she pay $25 dollar for you to connected and then say she would connected herself? She had another customer who'd been there for an hour and I overheard the customer service guy on the phone asking why she had over charged the guy $100. So I walked right out and went to metro on main 15461 #3. Those guy's are awesome.The guy told me that the previous girl had connected my son's phone to some God only knows what # and that's why he wasn't able to use his phone, she also switched my phone plan! WTF!So save your time and money and keep driving! I really hope they shut this place down.. by the way the owner can careless this person is nowhere to be found! I called 4 times and was never able to talk to this person.

Employee don’t know customer service and they just charge extra on their fees to keep for their selfs, they said company charge activation fees depending on the phone! Lol 25-45 charge of its an IPhone! Of for my better understanding 25 corporate fee and 20 for the employees! Ridiculous

I upgrade my wife cell in this location. They say screen protector it comes with the cell. But they charge me $32.00 for it. I think that's not ethical specially in metro store. That's not a good reputation.

I will not recommend no one to go to this store. The manager and everyone there are so rude. I called to get an estimate to switch from my current carrier and they told me they couldn't tell me over the phone that I need it to go in person. I called other store and the person who answer me in less than 5 minutes gave me a total price with tax, service fee and connection fee. I'm taking my business some where else!!

The two girls that were working were extremely rude. I wanted to switch my number over to a different phone and told me I wasn’t allowed to do it there, so I went to another location and had zero problems with them switching it over. Terrible customer service and talked to me like a child.

This location is thee BEST store by a long-shot. The high desert has seemingly become like the Wild Wild West, so I can only imagine what it must be like working customer service during these times. It takes a special kind of miracle worker that's for sure. That's Judy. The store has the best selection of phones and accessories and when I purchased, have always been in stock ( im on my 6th phone btw "My Bad" Cher from Clueless) Which reminds me to mention... Def give the $4/month insurance a try. Getting a new phone is painless. No hustle and bustle you just go to the website put your order in and it arrives sometimes over night. For only $50.Okay ive listed enough info in my post about how amazing the company is. Back to Judy. The high desert clientele can be rough around the edges... No shame, shoot, I have done my share of being a bratty customer... I have NEVER seen Judy in a bad mood and I've seen her deal with some pretty difficult clients. She is more than professional, she takes pride in making sure every customer no matter how difficult no matter how unapologetic after being proved wrong by thee mighty patience of time. Judy is a saint. She gives me hope in this post apocalyptic world that we live in. Judy if you are reading, I hope you in the lotto. Metro if you are reading, Judy needs a BIG like GIANT promotion.

I called the store looking for information on purchasing a phone. Xeniam was friendly and educated on what we were looking for. We drove right over. She showed my husband the phone we asked about and alleviated all of our concerns. Happy with the purchase! Xeniam you have been such a blessing. So I went in last Thursday and purchased a Samsung galaxy a 21 phone for 200$. 3 days ago the volume on the phone stopped working, went in to make a change and low and behold metro pcs stores do not honor corporate policies. It seems it falls in the hands of the store owner. I hope if they continue this behavior and steal that kind of money from their customers that they become one of the statistics of businesses that closed and went bankrupt. Its getting old with corporate pigheads stealing from people and not honoring faulty eauipment. Thieves!You people giving a good review are insane
