This shop had a car for over 8 months, kept telling the customer that they were waiting on parts, gave the car back and did not complete all the repairs. when the owner was confronted about the repairs he lied, saying that the repairs were added on later and he didnt see them. Told the customer again that he couldnt find the parts and declined to finish the repairs that the insurance company already paid him for. Lied about repairs, unprofessional, disorganized, poor communication. The work that was done was poor workmanship. took the car to a different shop the repairs were finished in a week with new factory parts.

Took a vehicle for repairs for an insurance claim. They charged insurance for a reconditioned hitch that wasn't replaced, charged for decals they didn't install, and charged for body work prep and paint which is clear in the photos.Services: Body & Trim

Poor job quality they used the same emblems even do they charge for new ones they did not sand down the scraches on my car before painting when I pointed the problems out they said they used the best materials and that there materials were destroying the cheap materials that my escalade had and that the painted over scraches were different from the one they fix estos pendejos piensan que estan en mexico yo creo pinchis ratas
