I'm very happy with the knowledge he has aa a relator, he definitely knew what I was looking for and there was never a time where he wasn't available to answer any of my questions or concerns. He made the buying process very smooth and took the stress away.

Worst realtor we’ve ever dealt with. He’s a liar and a scammer, has no clue what he’s talking about, and made the process of selling my family’s property a bigger pain than necessary and now we have no way of collecting the payment. Screwed us out of thousands of dollars just so he could get his money. Do not ever use this man to sell a house!

This has been a terrible experience working with this realtor, he lied to us from the start about funding of the sale. We were promised by him that we would receive the payment anyway we wanted. He even told us he could have the payment split up umong family with separate cashier checks.this was a complete lie that he didn't even look in to to make sure before telling us he could. Now we have received a check that we can not cash so we basically have Givin our property away for free.not to mention it took him 2 weeks to e en get a sign up at the property because "some lady" told him the mobil park doesn't allow signs. Instead of contacting the parkhe just did nothing until we demanded that he put up a sign.DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR HES A Liar.

I have had Carrie Thompson as my Realtor. No better woman of integrity. She has hung by me, encouraged me through unexpected events. She also helped me realize I am the seller and what I need matters. This woman has a heart for righteous and I am happy God hooked us up. 5 stars to Century 21 Desert Rock. The staff has been so kind also.

This review should be ten Stars for real estate agent Sonia Rivera. Sonia was always available helping us find a new home in Apple Valley CA, some 400+ miles from where we currently live. Sonia continued giving us "a heads up" of new property listings in the area we desired. Sonia was efficient in searching homes for us to view, offering advise, and once we settled on "the one," sending the required documents to sign, offering lists of mortgage brokers, providing lists of local area inspectors, while working with us on dates to view by offering sound advise with pros and cons of living outside the local area. Sonia went up and beyond helping us find the home we bought. Even when we experienced some glitches Sonia was offering the best approach. She was there for us every step of the way. We've not previously experienced such devotion to serve clients. Sonia's professional attitude and personal desire to provide her clients with excellence is remarkable and a credit to the Real Estate profession. Well done, Sonia! Very well done!!

I had sales or purchases of homes in Grand Terrace, Corona, Tucson, and Oak Hills. All were nearly seamless. They ironed-out any issues that arose. Their staff is Professional, attentive, thorough, friendly. They are a small business so I like that the money went to local business and local families. Good luck on your real estate experience.

Disclaimer: This review is based on my experience with Century 21 Desert Rock. Just in case they AGAIN claim they have never done business with me. So today 10/8/18, i received a message telling me Century 21 Desert Rock wants my review taken off, So, I pick up the phone (10/8/18) and I call their main number and I inquire why they are requesting such thing. As that was a very fair and very sincere review. Immediately, she says she doesn't handle that and doesn't know who. But whoever disputed that must be doing it because they simply can! Said sorry I can't help I have other calls to take. Really!? This confirms my original review, and leads me to share this on here as my "new" experience with their service. Because as their receptionist said: "because I can" - let's just see if they also dispute this as well.

Did Judge Michael A. Camber of California Small Claims Court of San Bernardino County Just [ rule out ] The California Real Estate " seller disclosure laws " ? I Serge Kesisian filed a Fraudulent Disclosure Small Claims Case #SMCB1800338 against Century 21 Desert Rock of Hesperia involving realtor Beverly Walters DRE# 01240484 and Michael Christopher Knight the CEO, and guess what? [I lost the case] ! Does this legally enable a California realtor of untrue, false and fraudulent disclosures in spite of " seller disclosure laws "? THE STORY Century 21 Realtor Beverly Walters sold me the subject Property (my house), listed by Century 21 realtor Randy Taylor. Randy Taylor also works for Saddlerock Investments LLC. Which purchased this foreclosed property from HUD for 169,000.00 and listed it for 259,000.00 my purchase price. Beverly Walters sold me this property with all the problems it came with, rather a fixer-upper UNDISCLOSED and in contradiction with" seller disclosure laws". Unlike, Beverly Walters assured me of buying this house with a new air-conditioning unit and water heater, not only once but at least four consequent times; which were my mere subjects of doubt. Note that the water was shut off during all my three time viewing of the property. the air-conditioning caged to the ground with a pad lock and water heater covered with insulation and marked, "BRAND NAME". Furthermore, Beverly Walters skipped my inspection right and took me right to escrow, stating that she forgot about it! Upon my move in date of June 1st, 2015 and turn on of the water, I faced with a non-working air conditioner, leaking water heater, regulator along with other problems. I then contacted Beverly Walters immediately with the problems, though she had blocked my phone number and seized communication with me already! In a week's time I managed getting in touch with Michael Knight the broker, who had Beverly get in touch with me with an email . Beverly's email content stated for me to contact 1st American Home Buyers Plan rolled into my escrow for the air-conditioner and to tie to them, " Tell them it worked when you moved in, but it wasn't as hot then.......if they suspect that it was a prior situation, they will not take care of it.............!" In addition Randy Taylor's crew had tried to repair an air-compressor leak and installed a furnace without a city permit. The leak in the air compressor was never attended professionally and the leak is yet to stop, since they were not skilled enough to address it properly ! Witness: neighbor Clement Wertz Furthermore, the damages sustained from this UNDISCLOSED, FALSE andFRAUDULANT real estate transaction include but are not limited to a ceiling collapse, property damage, vet bills etc.... A total loss of nearly 15,000.00 just to make the living situations in this house livable and not dangerous for me, my pets and my guestsIn response to my demand letter subject request by the Small Claims Court, Michael C. Knight took offense to my terminology used, "Fraud" and refused any payment or willingness to replace the non working air-conditioning and water heater the least! Instead he threatened me to refer me to his legal counsel Therefore, I responded back to him to see where I had gone wrong with the choice of my word word, asking him if he had a better selection to substitute my choice and describe the magnitude of this deceitful real estate transaction and Beverly Walters telling me to lie to 1st American Home Owners Association in her email. I Also forwarded him this definition out of the New Oxford American Dictionary, which I could see quite a parallel in the word, this real estate transaction and Beverly Walters email advice to tell a lie and speak falsely! fraud |frôd| noun wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain: he was convicted of fraud | prosecutions for social security frauds. * a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being cre

After much frustration looking for a home to buy and dealing with agents that didn't help much we were referred to Angela Knight at Century 21 Desert Rock in Hesperia, CA. Angela was VERY helpfull and actually listened to what we were looking for in a house, unlike the other 3 agents i had to deal with. First meet we did, she showed us some of the places that were on the market at the time that we may be interested in. Each home we saw, she always asked for our likes and dislikes about the house, and we let her know. We saw one we liked, she explained where we go from there as far as submitting an offer. She was Very knowledgeable, and a great help when it came to explaining everything involved into the next steps, and all the paper work we had to fill out. Our offer ended up not being excepted by the sellers, So she continued looking for something we would like. She obviously listened to our like and dislikes because by 2nd meet to show us houses, she had found the absolute perfect one for us, it was all we wanted in a home with No dislikes about it. We wanted to submit our offer as soon as possible, and she worked quickly to get that done. Our offer was accepted, and she continued to help us with any questions or concerns we had during the escrow process, explaining everything thoroughly and making sure that we really understood everything. Escrow closed, we were happy homeowners, and to this day, she still checks on us to answer any questions we may have, or to help with any problems that may have popped up. Her and the crew at Century 21 Desert Rock are truly there to help, and care greatly about there customers as if they were family. I thank her and the crew greatly, and would highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs, even if you just have questions, their knowledgeable crew can help.

Great agency! We worked with Angie--who runs the office with her husband. She was amazing! She was professional, offered good advice/ideas but not pushy, and was also patient with us and our small children. She worked around our schedules and was willing to let us do a lot of paperwork online which was more convenient for us. She was also great with communication.

I WANT TO RECOMMEND JOSE ZARATE ("Like Karate") of Century 21 Desert Rock Realty. Jose listed my home on a Friday; returned the following Wed with a full price offer with no conditions. The race was on to find me a home to purchase. I am a recent widow in her 70s and insisted on moving into the Del Webb Sun City 55+ community. I had specific sq. ft. floor plan, landscape, garage storage, location demands that were very challenging with a budget that was not very high. I didn't actually count, but think we looked at 40-50 homes. Clock was ticking on my escrow close; I located a home with all of the above requirements except price. Jose negotiated an offer at my price; worked with listing agent through several peaks and valleys, not the least of which was a sudden and life threatening health event with the sellers. I thank God and Jose Zarate for a happy ending with escrow close in 38 days; I move in this weekend!
