“Anime Ages is a family owned shop in the Victorville mall. Their selection of products is pretty large, despite the small size of the shop. They've really taken advantage of the space by including floor to ceiling options of products. You can find ceramic character displays, posters, plushies, and functional items like lanyards and keychains. I personally like to visit here for the Totoro products. I've bought a small ceramic Totoro at the bus stop figure and it lights up. The staff have been really accommodating each time I've visited- excited to help find products, and willing to hold them up front so you can continue shopping with ease. My only wish is that they would get a larger variety of Studio Ghibli products- for instance, they don't have any Howl's Moving Castle products. But, any of the really popular animes are easier to find products for here.”
“Leave it to me to save things for the last minute, but came here 30 minutes before closing. Needed a "billion" stickers and I had been to way too many stores with no luck. Somehow found what I needed, but had to dig through the discount bins to match. Sweating bullets as the clock was ticking. I felt so bad to be at the register 4-5 minutes before closing. And if I had gotten attitude- I knew I deserved it. But Misty, sweet Misty, was not only engaging with me but she searched for a discount on my purchases. Nice people Rock! And I hope she knows how much I appreciated her help!”

“I recently wrote a bad review on this store (attached in a picture). Afterwards the owner reached out and spoke with me directly. Although I still think the way I was originally treated was rude. I have to say it takes someone who values their customers to reach out directly. After speaking with him we agreed on a different date for me to go in. He was very apologetic. I can tell he spoke to his employees as the one who was rude to me was acting different and actually being nice.”
