Once again Hesperia Transmission came through. We have a manual transmission and they fixed it after a diagnosis that wasn't expected. Received the old parts and was charged way below market prices. Love this place....trust them and than some. You are in good hands here at Hesperia Transmission

Needed a clutch job done. Kid who answered the phone says they don't work on manual transmissions there. Not a real transmission shop as far as I'm concerned.

Owners were very helpful with getting me in at a good time. My transmission needed to be rebuilt and and they didn't hesitate to let me know how the whole process went. Took a little longer than expected, but overall, it was a good experience. I just wish I was a little more informed on why it was taking so long so I could know about the delays instead of waiting 2 extra days past the expected due date with no answer.

I've been limping along with my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country for a while now, plagued by a very troublesome slipping transmission. Given my past experiences with Chryslers and their notorious reputation for weak transmissions, I was convinced that the only solution was a costly transmission replacement. To make matters more convincing, a friend who runs a different transmission shop had already quoted me a hefty sum and recommended a full transmission replacement.However, fate had other plans, and several friends strongly urged me to seek a second opinion from Hesperia Transmission, a second-generation local business. What I didn't realize was that I had known the owner for years, which immediately instilled a sense of trust in me.I dropped off my van at Hesperia Transmission on a Friday morning, around 8:00 AM. To my surprise, by 9:00 AM, I received a call informing me that the root of the problem was simply a lack of transmission fluid, a mere 2 quarts low. They recommended a transmission service for approximately $170. I eagerly agreed, and when I picked up my van that afternoon, it was running like it was brand new.I couldn't be more grateful that I didn't end up shelling out nearly $3,000 for a full transmission rebuild, as originally suggested by my other friend's shop. Hesperia Transmission saved me a small fortune and got my vehicle back on the road in no time.Their honesty truly impressed me; they could have easily taken advantage of my situation and recommended an expensive overhaul, but they didn't. Instead, they provided a straightforward and cost-effective solution to my transmission woes.Honesty is indeed the best policy at Hesperia Transmission, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of transmission services. Their expertise, integrity, and commitment to their customers are qualities that are hard to come by in today's automotive industry.
