This place came and charged me to get a home estimate. I scheduled for them to come and work on my appliance. They mention they would be here in 30 min and 4 hours later and they are still not here. I called the office and the lady who answered could not give me a time she didn't care that I was upset for waiting 4 hours and still couldn't tell me if they would come. Don't waste your money for a 5 minute estimate and for them not to come.

Our dryer would not heat up. I was hesitant to call someone because of possible high cost. However, we needed it fixed. I found this page and read the reviews. The good outweighed the bad so I called. Ana was very nice and has a friendly personality. Miguel came out today and fixed our dryer in less than 15 minutes. The price to get our dryer back to drying was perfect for our budget. I would recommend because the quality of service was excellent and the cost was sufficient. Plus Ana was so nice. Called on Saturday to schedule an apt, the person on the phone was feeling under the weather but was super friendly and scheduled me on the following Tuesday between 5-6. No call and never showed up. Very disappointed
