I went for an appointment at 1:30 & she took a walk-in at 1:30 even though I was present .I told her I wanted balayage and showed her pictures and she left me with streaks, she left some parts yellow and some parts grey.My friend also had an appointment at the same time and the lady told her that her hair was knotted & if she just woke up.The lady was very rude & unprofessional.Service: Balayage

Went here to get my hair cut. Irma asked when i made the appt. if I wanted color and I told her I hadn't decided yet. So, when I get to the salon, she asked again about color, and I told her I wanted to wait. I don't know if that had anything to do with the way she wouldn't cut my hair the way I wanted her to, but she wouldn't. Very disappointed.

I would never recommend this place the owner even did my hair and her name is Irma she ruined my highlights I was supposed to get touch ups but she got rid of my highlights and then she said she'll start over and she did but she made my hair greenish it looks so awful. I really don't know how she runs the place. I could also tell that the employees wanted to tell her something but they were too scared because she was their owner but anyways I don't recommend this place at all.

I came in for a haircut and she was cutting my hair uneven all around left patches of my hair longer then others I wouldn’t recommend coming here worst haircut place
