Always helpful friendly and on point. I have been with Fred Loya Insurance for 10+ years now and never had any problems! And the Hesperia office is my favorite.

Very unprofessional staff. If you want cheap insurance don't even bother coming here. They have agents who speak rude to potential clients and when asked if they're were any other ways they can assist apparently their is no corporate number to reach anyone which is odd. This is exactly why these Hispanic hole in the wall insurance companies keep they're rates low because they're not helpful and from the recent reviews I've read they barely help in the instance of an accident they just continue to collect money to keep business open. Such a scam. Guess I should be grateful the agent who answered the phone was no help to me saved me the worry of dealing with rude unhelpful staff.

Trash! Low budget auto reject burros. Worse than a dog. FRED LOYA lol so tiny. Cut rate garbage insurance. Denied my claim without a police report!!!

Do not purchase insurance from here or any other Fred Loya agency. We canceled our insurance for we moved and want a different company to represent us. They would not cancel our automatic payment unless we physically came in and signed. We lived in another state at this point! We paid an additional 6 months of insurance even though we no longer had that vehicle! My husband had to physically go in to this location and sign papers to cancel. Even though there are Fred Loya agencies here. They said it had to be there location only. I've never dealt with an insurance company with these types of policies and never will again!

Don't do it do not go here warning very very bad customer service by Monica ? ?. And because of Monica the company is now losing one more customer which is me. Way to go Monica for losing the company another customers. She won't let me pay my bill over the phone with my wife's card. And I don't even have an office in my city.
