For starters I'm really disappointed in my agent Ramon Franco. I recently found out that he had a pool listed on our home owners policy, but I don't have a pool, also he added collision and comprehensive coverage on my travel trailer which I never requested. His lack of communication is very disturbing because it makes me wonder what else he has neglected to diclose or if he has added things without my consent or knowledge. I ended up switching agents, people look at your policies.
