Doug's repaired my car and did an incredible job on it as if nothing ever happened. Jessica worked with me on the payment and tried to get the cost as low as she could. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

I never leave reviews but this is something people need to be aware of when choosing a body shop. I chose Doug's to paint fender flares for my vehicle. I was quoted a great price over the phone and proceeded to bring them to Doug's. I was told on arrival that the price would need to be increased due to their size and I agreed. I was called over two weeks later now with another price increase, more than tripling the original quote over the phone stating the factory paint code was special. After having such a terrible experience with a local business I just wanted to have my fender flares back. I was told I would have to pay 100 dollars because they started to prep the flares. On arrival the only thing done to the flares was a light sand, no primer, no adhesion promoter. I would not recommend using a business with practices like this, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Worst experience with this shop. I took my 1995 Honda prelude for a full paint job and for them to install a aero kit and a new spoiler. Aero Sideskirts were installed on top of oem ones resulting in them not fitting properly they said not they're problem. Next they only installed 1/3 of my new spoiler it's a new 3-piece spoiler I got for the car and the only installed the center piece and not the other two because they said they didn't want to drill holes...wait aren't you a body shop?? Thirdly, they removed my windshield to paint the car and in the process they lost the transmitter for the alarm that was mounted on the windshield, again they said not they're problem and refused to correct the issues. I would steer clear of this place....

I accidentally backed into my Aunts 2018 Kia Sportage. It wasn't anything major but wanted to get it fixed without any insurance getting involved I went around a half a dozen places and everyone wanted to charge me much more than Doug's. So I took a chance and had them fix my Aunts car. They did a great job. He even drove me home after dropping the car off so I wouldn't have to call Uber.
