Nice people and a clean waiting room but they cross threaded the lugs to my wheels when they rotated my tires. Wouldn't recommend coming here

THEY DONT RESPECT THE ORDER YOU ARRIVE. I got there for an alignment and only one car was there on the machine in front of me, while waiting 2 cars arrive that are their friends so then they tell me that there's actually 2 cars I front of me after I waited 30 minutes to be next. If your there and one of their buddy's shows up, they will skip you. Don't think that's professional or fair in any way, we all have somewhere to be NO RESPETAN EL ORDEN EN QUE LLEGAS. Llegué allí para una alineación y solo había un auto en la máquina frente a mí, mientras esperaba llegaron 2 autos que pertenecían a sus amigos, entonces me dijeron que en realidad había 2 autos frente a mí después de esperar 30 minutos. Si estás allí y aparece uno de sus amigos, te harán esperar

They save us money and time every time we come here. They have the best staff that are always friendly. The longest wait time was an hour and they were very busy that day. Grateful for all their staff to not have us waiting long, especially since I had my 2 small kids with me.
