I absolutely love this store! This specific location is by far the most helpful, amazing, friendly and wonderful Daniel’s in the High Desert! I absolutely love Angie and all her help! She is truly a huge blessing and asset to this company and to my shopping needs! She takes time to talk and listen to my life story and is not just a jeweler, but has become a kind friend! She always makes sure my rings are shiny and clean and that I get the best deals and am aware of all the sales available! She helps me with my purchases and payments too! Also, I absolutely love the freebies that are offered in store with purchases! The other associates are absolutely helpful and kind as well! I can’t give enough compliments, because there are so many to give to this Daniel’s in Hesperia by Walmart ! If you are looking for great deals on jewelry in a happy, clean, organized, well priced and helpful environment, you won’t be disappointed shopping here!

Seriously rude because I could not afford the $2000 dollar plus engagement ring and then said that they could resize the ring free of charge if it did not fit. The ring did not fit so I returned to the store where they tried to charge me $180 dollars. So I took the ring to another jewler who did an amazing job for only $75 these people are scam artist don't let them have your money to.

Angie the Manager & her associate Cody are wonderful individuals who delivers first class service and always strives to bring the best price without me asking. I enjoy Angie’s professionalism and her attentiveness. I’ve been a customer for over a year now and I am very impressed and satisfied by her service and dedication. She makes the shopping experience very pleasant and enjoyable. In addition her associates are also excellent and provide exceptional service like their manger. I highly recommend the Hesperia location for your jewelry needs.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience.. victor was very helpful and patient when helping me pick out a ring. Didn’t feel rushed to hurry up and buy. Was even told that if I didn’t like anything in their inventory that I’d I could find a picture of the ring I liked to let him know and he could track it down. Ending up walking out with a ring that I liked . Will definitely be doing my shopping at this location for future purchases

I have been coming here for 3 years and have never had any issues,Daniel always takes care of me and offers great advice and always gives the best he can do for me, this one was a 20 year anniversary gift and could not be more excited. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great service Daniel.

Not coming to this place, it’s a mistake. It’s exactly how one comment said 3 years ago the bald head is rude. Besides being rude he’ll argue and pick a fight. I found him to be unprofessional and maybe maintains his job because he kisses butts. All it was is do proper customer service not attacking about how you got your wife a cheap ring. Victor is kind and understanding, he helped me back in June. Angie is a wonderful sweet person but the bald guy no proper customer service no proper knowledge and I called the office of Daniel Jewelers they helped me with my issue and now I’m truly happy I contacted them. My issue is being resolve through them and no more with these people.
