I have been using this pharmacy for years. I officially am now using this pharmacy for my baby! He had an allergic reaction the night before and urgent care sent his rx to CVS. I called them to make sure it was available. It wasn't covered under my insurance and technically a product off the shelf...I am currently pregnant and ready to pop any day now. I let the pharmacist on the phone know how overwhelmed I felt bringing my one yr old into the store with no help. I asked if there was any way I could still use the drive thru and she obliged! Her name was Diana or Diane and she was so sweet to have grabbed the product we needed with printed instructions! I had such an overwhelming night before and this simple act so that I could just drive up and easily grab my son's meds made me feel so much better! Thank you again for helping a mom in need. We truly appreciate it!

Good location if you're in the area. The place is clean and orderly. The staff always smiles and is helpful. This place Smells like a CVS - it Looks like a CVS - and I am sure that it will taste like a CVS if I deign to eat some of it. That said - they always give you your receipts, you get a Free Bag - and they sell booze. What more needs to be said. Hey! It's a CVS! Enjoy.

This is like the 4 th time I have received a message stating my prescription is ready to pick up. Then I get there and it has not even been filled. Why do they bother texting me if it's not ready they always offer to have it ready but it is always more than a hour wait . Just for this CVS is going to loss my business which is sad because it has been my pharmacy for years .... They are off their game lately and it's getting frustrating. So I highly recommend a different pharmacy

(At the pharmacy) My mother went to pick up my prescription and the green haired lady told her that they only had 1 when I was prescribed 4. This ended up with my medication being delayed several hours. I had just gotten out of surgery and was in terrible pain.

The worst pharmacy. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They have customers literally doing their job . Prescriptions are never ready on time and reaching someone by phone is damn near impossible. Also , when picking up a narcotic, the judgement and disrespect was ridiculous. " We don't have any in stock " one minute then , " I can give you 20 not even 5 minutes later . Just not what a professional establishment should be. No more CVS for me. Enough is enough.

Was sold broken beer. BROKEN GLASS BOTTLED BEERS. That cost $16.99. They knew what they were doing sellling it since everyone KNOWS beer beverage bottles will leak into the box.. THEY LET IT DRY OUT AND PUT IT BACK INSIDE THE COOLER.Good luck getting a refund as well they give you a run around. Horrible

First off I would like to say I stopped using this CVS pharmacy along time ago. I find they are nothing but incompetent people that work there. At one time there was a gentleman named Devan that worked there and he was great, once he left that place went to shit. I was forced to use this pharmacy because it was the only place that had my medication that is on back order so they were supposed to contact the pharmacy where the prescription was and then they said they never received it. Which is a lie... I talked to Diane later on in the afternoon and she said that they would contact them again which they never did. I called back this evening around 7 o'clock and I was left on hold for two hours and 11 minutes and then they picked up the phone and hung up without even acknowledging. Yes I know it was a long time to wait but I wanted to find out how long these people would actually leave you on hold. I plan on calling their corporate office in the morning and yes I do have a picture of how long I was on hold. Do not use this pharmacy. If you want your prescription, they are in competent.

Very slow and rude pharmacy. This pharmacy is consistently slower than other pharmacies that i have been too. More importantly, the staff are rude, particularly a female who called herseld "I J." For example, I came here to the drive thru for my mom's prescription. There was only one car in front of me, yet it still took 20 minutes. When we finally reached the window, "I J" took forever to get the prescriptions. She then asked for a credit card, which we provided. It took her 2+ minutes just to run the credit card and then she rudely asked for ID. After an extra 5 minutes she finally put the prescriptions in the box. We grabbed the prescriptions and asked where the credit card and ID is. She said rudely "Don't you have them? I gave them to you." We said no, they aren't in the bag or attached. She then said "Did you look on the ground? I put them in the box under your prescriptions." Sure enough they fell on the ground outside the car...who does that?!? I asked her why she didnt attach them to the bag or tell us before putting three bagged prescriptions on top of them. She just gave a smirk and said have a good day and waved like those ladies on a rose parade float! Felt like a twilight zone experience. Amazing how rude people are for no reason these days.

Oh wow, I thought it might have been an isolated case of rudeness here. The younger female, Asian pharmacists lacks basic social skills. She couldn't have a more rude demeanor. Went thru Drive Thru for Covid and Flu test, and she behaved like we offended her or something. She also lied. I asked her to confirm that we were getting the combo test for Covid + flu, and she said they don't do flu test. Funny how mine came back 5 days later, no flu test, just covid, but 2 days after that, my son who got tested 15 minutes later, had both tests results come back. (YES, IT TOOK 5 DAYS FOR MINE, & 7 DAYS FOR MY SON'S COVID TEST RESULTS TO COME BACK. IF HE HAD IT, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO LATE FOR CERTAIN MEDS THAT REQUIRE Dx WITHIN 5 DAYS. Don't go here for Covid or Flu testing.) I will be making some phone calls regarding false information, and extremely slow process to get covid results.

The pharmacist told me my insurance was denied but still gave me 5 days worth to get it situated. By far the best pharmacy I’ve been to. Thank you I appreciate it more than they know.

The lady working in the pharmacy department. I believe her name is "Ana," was so vile and unfriendly.I ask to use the restroom. I was purchasing some items in the store.She proceeded to lecture me, of how they do not have restroom for the customers even if I am purchasing. This boggle my mind, since there is clearly two restroom located next to the pharmacy.Ana, did not acknowledge any customers, but proceeded to holler order through the intercom, ignoring the customers waiting in line. A man who was working in the "pharmacy department." Did not give us a time of day. We felt like we were bothering him. Not very helpful. It would seem, the "Pharmacy department ". Could use some people skills, before working with the public.Needless to say, this grouchy lady and man, did not represent CVS, in the best of light. On a bright note, the young cashier working at the front, and the other stocking inventory, was friendly and helpful.
