I never let anyone touch my car because I’m always scared there going to mess it up , I came here because a lot of people recommended Cruz auto to get my air condition in my car repaired and honestly I’m glad I did come , I had a really good experience . My kids & I where really dying in this heat and Cruz auto really saved our life , they got my ac back to working normally like it use to before it went out . I see some reviews are stating they take longer then expected but honestly they have more then one car , what do you expect ? I don’t know about others but I rather wait and have my stuff done correctly then have someone rushing to get the work done and your back in a week or two . I will be recommending there services to others and I will also be back to get my car serviced again . Thank you again .

Cruz Auto-repair has very high prices. Very bad customer service and takes a unreasonable amount of time to get the job done I do not recommend this place to no one.

Asked for help doing a simple weld on a stripped bolt suggested it wasn't a good idea. What was a good idea was he could take it off for $150.

I have taken both of my vehicles to Cruz auto, I love the service, does great work and honors the warranty, not like other shops. It’s rare to find a shop that works on factory and high performance vehicles. Their towing service is very prompt as well, I highly recommend Cruz Auto for all your mechanical and service needs. Good work ain’t cheap, and cheap work ain’t good. Thank Jonathan!

Jonathan asked what was wrong with car, we told him the problem. Jonathan claimed it was the transmission. We clearly knew it wasn’t but he insisted it was. When he took the car, the car was running good but we decided for him to tow it. The car would only overheat and had one more small problem. Then he never returned the car to us on promised date and he just kept adding excuses after excuses and i got my car a week later. I feel ripped off because the car is worst than when he took it to fix it. Now I don’t have a car and have to pay another mechanic to do things right! Jonathan didn’t fix the main cause of the problem. Instead he really wanted to squeeze us out $$$ that we don’t have. So Beware! we don’t recommend this place to anyone! All those positive reviews don’t sound right! And Jonathan tells you one thing but then claims not to remember. And honestly the only good service is the towing. It’s affordable. That’s all. As a mechanic I don’t recommend at all.

My water pump went out in my truck. They replaced it in 2 hours and they only charged 250 bucks.Excellent
