Right off the 15 freeway but the parking lot is crowded due to the Dutch Bros coffee drive threw line Wich is always packed so it can be a challenge getting in and out of if you are in a hurry

I was a former employee from the Cricket Wireless located on 7th street in victorville, and while I cannot expose trade secrets. I warn potential customers to make sure they check the receipt for unwanted purchases. They are going to tell you they do not have a receipt printer but its under the left computer we use it everyday so i works. Many employees have a reputation for miscommunication while upper management is worse. Many do this by providing vague details if it ensures a sale for them. As for my case, I was laid off without notice and the district manager herself regretted to inform me for the next couple of weeks and used the excuse of the computer system being down as to the reason why I could not come into work which was resolved by the 4th day. I am not upset about being laid off for no official reason. I am pissed because the district manager wasted my time when I could have been looking for the new job. Worse part is that she did not even have the human decency and did not follow policy when it came to management providing infomation on human resources when requested. So I figured the best alternative is to reveal some secrets they are legally not allowed to hide until I get the attention of the district managers superior. Anyways I'll be expecting a phone call from you soon, you have my number.

I have gone to several Cricket stores this weekend and almost all of them tried nothing and just told me my unlocked phone wouldn't work with Cricket. The two women in this location today were SO helpful and nice despite me being in there for almost two hours trying to figure out what was going on with my phone. They really tried EVERYTHING that they could and we decided it's a phone issue (I did not purchase it through them). I am so grateful for everything! I will only be going to this location from now on.
