Useless customer service. Was there Sunday at 2pm . Neither employee wanted to do there job . Since couldn't get a name . The girl with the blonde hair extremely rude and unprofessional. Trying to buy a phone nothing has a price so your stuck asking. She can't be bothered to give a direct answer. Other girl just to busy texting to care just walks away on her phone . Might as well just hung a sign letting customers know your closed.

I came to do the upgrade for my phone, i like a new phone they say cost $140 and they have a promotion this and that final bill $275 with a free speaker... Walk out. Same phone

Been a customer 4+ years and have always been happy with the service... until today. I made my payment a week early over their automated system, since you can't call in and make a payment without being charged $4. I got a confirmation text saying everything was good. Until this morning waking up to find my phone has been shut off. Called customer service and they said the $10 insurance I added a few months back increased $1. They shut my phones off for $1 that they never informed me was increased! Very rude service. I ended up having to pay $5 to get it turned back on because when I tried using the automated system it wasn't working. Very unhappy today! Will be looking into other phone services
