This review is for the floor manager, Jen, who should really get trained on customer service and for Walmart to provide accurate information on receipts regarding return policy on electronics. Jen did not try to make things right and stood on their so called policy that the item I had only had 15 days to return but the receipt said 30 days. It didn't matter to Jen or her co-worker that came up to talk to us that they (Walmart) did not provide the return policy for an Apple pen upon purchase. The receipt for the pen said thirty days but they said it was only 15 days. Also "may be" and "maybe" are two different meanings. They were honestly all lame excuses instead of finding a solution. I had to call Walmart 1-800 customer service line and was told I had 30 days. I went back to Walmart a 3rd time and finally different managers who I regret I didn't get their names to provide a positive review since they took the time to figure out a solution. They were able to override the computer and completed the return. It took 3 trips to Walmart and two phone calls to get this resolved! If the item I purchase is only 15 days to return then correct your receipts to say that and tell the customer at time of purchase. Don't give lame excuses it would cause the wait time in line to inform the customer on the correct return time period or the other excuse on first attempt that it is too much paper to print out the correct return policy. Walmart lost another customer!

I used to think this Walmart was the best and they had wonderful customer service. I came in to return some cookies that were terrible and they would not return them with my receipt. She said that it's now against store policy and these are considered seasonal that I could try a different walmart... I said that's too bad they have a good reputation up here I know a lot of people that prefer this particular store. She said we have changed managers and the store policies have changed. That's too bad, they just lost my business and I spend a ton of money here. Side note, they have moved the pick up area. They now take 30 minutes of waiting before you get your order. Would be faster just to go inside now... good thing for me they lost all my business for good. Very disappointed

Waited at curbside pickup for an hour. Stopped a worker and said they are doing small orders first! Like WTH? Never again!!! This Walmart is horrible!!!!

LOUSY store service we did a online order pickup of groceries they changed the pickup location so we waited and waited nobody that we asked had any idea of how long it would take. One said we had a long wait then later he said we were getting closer then another lady said we had a long wait and no idea how long. Then we got fed up left then online they said we PICKED UP THE ORDER! How dare they say that and we got NOTHING $126 of groceries so I had to call about that ! Also problem in past with their register twice I did not get my change back. The last time they said they would go get my money instead the lady was talking to a customer after I waited for 10 minutes this is all Hesperia store. Keep it up Walmart and I will start doing grocery shopping with Stater Bros I AM FED UP!

employees are so lazy unprofessional i have gone several times in the afternoons 6:30pm 7:00pm 7:30pm money center is always closed and i ask to speak to the manager and she said the system was down several times this has happened its BS if that's the case walmart needs to fix that so they can provide the services they offer. but i honestly believe they are just being lazy also whenever i need help in electronics most of the time the worker that is sopose to be there is no where in electronics department and when you finally see a walmart employee and you ask for help they rudely say i'm off the clock so pretty much telling me to F off . i think there should always be a worker at register in electronics and money center from the tine they open to closing time . and workers off the clock should at least offer to page workers for you!

I Love Walmart. Walmart is in my top 5 stores to shop. It can be a bit ghetto sometimes depending on where you are but Walmart is a house hold brand type of business, you can never really go wrong when coming here to find what you need from food, clothes personals and household items.

Horrible customer service. I called multiple times and they answered once. I asked if they could see if something was in stock and after the lady started to catch an attitude with me all she said they could do was transfer me. I wasn't mad about that I was more upset about her Attitude towards me, until the line she had transferred me to didn't answer. I stayed on the line for almost 15 minutes and nobody answered. I understand there is other people who they need to attend but somebody could have picked up afterwards. Overall I'm very upset about this.

I purchased 4 all-terrain tires at the Walmart in Hesperia. I had an appointment for Saturday at 7 AM to have them installed? I arrived prior to 7:00am ( I was first in line) and there was no store employee at the tire center around 7:10 am I associate came and took my information, so I would not be late for my appointment. My truck was taken into the Bay around 7:50 am to have the tires installed. Around 8:30 am no one had started my Truck. I contacted the department manager who want to see what the problem was, the tire service department really needs to have a person of authority to supervise that department I got my truck released to me after 3 1/2 hours to get four tires put on that's really not acceptable. I will never go back to Walmart and have any automotive work done

First, let's correct the ratings. Zero stars. I returned diapers and was supposed to get a merchandise credit card. All the cashier gave me was a receipt, and told me *twice* that it was all I needed. When I went to check out with the diapers I was exchanging for, another cashier told me that I needed the merch card to complete the transaction. I told her I didn't receive one, and that the service cashier told me I only needed the receipt. While supervisors investigated the incident, the service cashier took it upon herself, (while on her way to her break!) to confront me about receiving the merch card, and called me a LIAR from nearly across the checkout kiosks. After all was said and done, supervisors confirmed via video that she had the card and just didn't give it to me, and it was still in her till/drawer. I was offered a gift card for my convenience but I found out that gift card was also gone when I went to accept it. A couple months later, a delivery that I ordered went to the wrong house, so I ended up having to get all the things I ordered elsewhere. This Walmart is ok at best. Some of the staff are helpful and recognize that we are all actually human beings. but when they mess up, they really put their worst foot forward. Zero stars, check minus, complete fail.

For the auto service/tire center. First, the chubby dark haired girl working the counter (I think her name was Juliette) was a very rude little bitch. I actually saw her take a call and put the customer on hold saying "Let me check" then did something else and came back to the phone to say "No, we don't have that". She didn't check shit ! Just blew the person on the phone off. She never smiled or greeted us in any way, she seems to hate her job. If I were her manager, she would not last her first shift. I selected tires on the Walmart website. And made an appointment to have them installed. A process that is not at all intuitive, very clunky and confusing. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was told that since the tires were not stocked at their store, they would offer no warranty ! What !?! They were ordered from YOUR website ! I was also told that they could not do a spin balancing of the wheels and tires because they were out of the proper weights. They could only offer a static (bubble) balance. Totally unacceptable. Walked out very pissed off, not that an employee would give a shit about that. I went to America's Tire Store and was treated with respect and courtesy, got about the same deal and was out of there in about 90 minutes. I will never do any business with Walmart's auto center.

When I went to get my fingers measured at the jewelry department, we asked serval people to provide us with one and we waited a total of 30 minutes, and no one ever came, as they all claimed. We then asked a worker walking past, and she stated the people who stated that they weren't there to measure. No communication between staff, and no care for the customer. 1/5.

Omg service here totally sucks. No one answers the phone, then when they do they hang up on you. Automotive sucks. I was told it's 2 hour wait. Fine no worries, no call or anything after 3.5 hours , walked in and they barely started on it. The only response is I just got in at 11 so idk. I called for an hour and no one answers the phone. I had to pay for a ride to come here. No apologies no nothing. They totally suck!
