Wasted my time to deposit money here at the atms behind the doors which you use your card to open, and when we couldn't enter there, we went to the drive through where it said "Not accepting cash or check deposits"!

Can never use the atms inside the lobby during after hours because the mechanism does not recognize your debit card to open the door. Which results in a LONG line to use the drive thru ATMs. So if you need to use the atm give yourself a good extra 30 minutes to pull out money. Freaken ridiculous!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible about their ATM on the inside. The door that is supposed to allow you to get in is broken and it's been like this for years. They're ATMs hardly ever have fives or ones and it's really just a really bad atmosphere all around in this place

This branch is absolutely horrible, first off when you go there you’re forced to use the drive thru ATM NO CHOICE which is a safety hazard because the lock the lobby doors which in my opinion is very stupid. Secondly when you’re forced to use the drive up ATM this is what you will see either a blocked lane because the ATM machines are either full or not enough money to dispense, then you can’t make a deposit because again the machines are full or empty. Since Chase has chosen to only put two full branches in the High Desert one on the extreme eastern part on Hesperia Rd the other in a Stater Bros grocery store which the store itself doesn’t open until 6 am and that’s just to get access to the Chase ATM and this one on Main Street which is always a major issue.

I had an issue with check deposit which nobody was willing to resolve, neither the clerks nor customer service. There was no problem in other banks. If you’re not a VIP client they just don’t care about you, afford yourself a better place to keep your money. There are certainly other places where you will be treated attentively like any customer should be.

Long ATM lines. Drive thru always broken. After hours atm machine is inaccessible due to the card reader being broken for some time. The manager needs to be demoted and so does the district manager. This is so incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate. Where is our over draft fees going to?

Long lines for drive thru atm, and it seems like one is always broken. Lobby atm also closes very early. Very inconvenient service.

9 out of 10 times, their atms do not work, always out of service- you're lucky if only one is working, which means lines will be long as hell. Forget about swiping your card to enter the building- that doesn't work either, I hate this place. Enough said.

This branch sucks!! There hasn't been access to the inside after hours ATM in months. What's the hold up??? Fix it!! Drive thru ATMs never work and the line is ridiculous.
