I went to deposit money and in the middle of my transaction the machine completely shuts down and does a reboot. It doesn’t give me my money back and I don’t see it in my account. Now I’m with customer service filing a claim and trying to get my money back…. Save yourself a headache and don’t use these machines.

I wanted to open a college checking account but the banker was on vacation and I was unable to. So, I resorted to opening a normal checking account. Selena promised me I could open an account and deposit that same day. I wasted my time applying to be told that it actually wasn't going to be open for a few days. I urgently needed to pay a bill, so this is acceptable. Then I received a phone call telling me there was fraudulent activity on my account (which supposedly was never opened). Then I received an email saying the account couldn't be opened. What is going on with Chase? The service is awful and the building's condition on the outside reflects that.

I would like to put zero stars but I can't. I went to this bank as a preferred client to take care of business and 2 hours later , I accomplished nothing due to the lack of experience the workers provided. After this horrible experience I am looking into changing to a banking institution that can handle their valued customers with the professionalism that is expected when you trust them with your money!

Elated that Mr. Jamie Dimon, the CEO & Chairman of Chase Global has issued a Return to Office order for many employees. It has finally trickled down to this local branch. Customer service has definitely improved. In the past I would go into this branch, wait in line, and eventually chat with one of 2 tellers. Often, they could not answer my question(s). Neither was there anyone available to resolve the issues. Thus, I switched to using their 800 hundred customer service line. Those folks were great, easily accessible and responded properly. Thankful, indeed. BTW, if you ever take advantage of one of their webpage "coupon-code" offers make sure you get a firm maturity date. This is an offer where you give them a chunk of new money & in 90 days they add some cash to your account. Note that there is no expiration date on that offer and they use work days not calendar days. Your 90 days is more likely to be 4 and 1/2 months. At current rates, you'll lose a lot of foregone opportunity costs. Good luck & good banking.

Went in to open checking account and found out I need to make an appointment. This was inconvenient as I am 83 years old and depend on a caregiver for help and TRANSPORTATION.

This bank is horrible you can't go in after hours swiping you're card dosen't work and the atm's never let you put a cash deposit always broken it's getting ridiculous.

Is not this location is Chase Bank itself. If your an investor do NOT bank with Chase. I opened an account and spoke to a bank representative to activate wire transfers and told him why. He gave me a code and activated my account. That same day Chase locked, blocked and closed my account due to suspicious activities when I called to explain and they said is fine. I called to ask for an explanation and they refused to give me one, that is was confidential and that was their final decision; without speaking to me or calling me.. nothing. They would send my money in a check overnight, but haven't received it. Worst bank. I will never do business with them again.

If I had the option, I would give zero stars... Me and my husband banked with Chase for 10 years and even added our children to the high school and college accounts. Out of no where when we tried to make a deposit, it was blocked. Chase canceled our accounts with no warning. We called to get an explanation and they had nothing for us. They actually said, they could close us out with no explanation. We had business and bills connected to Chase so for them to treat us this way with no reason, makes no sense. Please be careful people. Chases cares nothing about their customers unless it benefits them from what I'm gathering. They did us very wrong and we will make sure to not consider them again especially since we weren't even a thought, let alone a consideration. Thanks for NOTHING Chase Bank!
