Unfortunately I paid Ron the Tax Preparer for my business filing and 1099’s to be sent out to my contractors and he never did. I have called him and messaged him but he no longer replies. I can’t believe he would do this to me. Unfortunately anyone reading this review should go somewhere else.

Ron has been doing my family’s taxes for years. It started with my parents , then me and this year he did my daughter’s taxes as well. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend him!

I am extremely pleased with Best Tax Service. I had a complicated tax situation that included an amended tax return. Ron is very thorough, which led to a better outcome than I anticipated. He wrapped up the appointment by telling me that I was welcome to call him anytime with tax questions. Great customer service!

Ron was very helpful and we plan on using this service for the foreseeable future. We ended up having to owe the irs (which is irregular) but we are at the mercy of not being a tax professional, so I trust his judgement. Ron was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable and helpful. He is no more expensive than H&R block. I think if you're a business, you've got to have a working bathroom. I debated saying something, but if others exist who are on medication, then this is a big deal. It's for this reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I trust this establishment as much as I trust most others. Ron got the job done and we even had to get creative to find documents I didn't have. I'm not so sure other places would have done that. In concluding, I'd say this place is worth the time and money.

Rons great! I will use him only from now on. I just moved to high desert and was looking for a great Tax guy. I got lucky and chose the right one. Knowledgeable and a straight shooter.

I have been a clients of Ron for 16 years, even if I move I always make my way back to him. He is fully knowledgeable in the change tax laws and always has my best interest.

I been doing My taxes here for years now! I love the service I get here when I go. Ron is always very helpful and he's hours are every flexible. If you need your taxes done this is the place to be!

No ethics what so ever! Please read.I first called to make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and easy. I did arrive about 10 mins late (which is my fault).Then the accountant in a very arrogant tone said "You're late." I first thought he was kidding, until he jump straight into asking about my taxes."not married?"no kids?""no house?"I was in a budget, and I did my research before doing my taxes. I knew the cost of my taxes would be between 50 to 100 dollars, since I am a single college student that does not owe or own anything.The accountant with the glasses said this would cost me $200 dollars. He made a BS excuse why. He something about the economy being tough because of covid. I knew that was straight BS (as I have a business degree)I politely decline. The accountant had my w2 form in his hand then dropped them to the desk (he did not throw them either). I just thought how of an arrogant person he was. I then found the perfect place called "Royal Tax Service"The cost was 50 dollars as I expected. I told him about my experience, and we laugh it off. Please avoid this place, he clearly does this bs often.

Rude lady on the phone. Don’t ever argue with a customer. You lost money and a customer. The reviews are right, this company is very rude to their customers. Your not worth 250.00

My husband and I have been working with Ron since 2009 and he has always been honest, upfront, and helpful. He has even taken the time outside of tax season to review our paystubs to make sure we have the proper withholdings. He is worth every penny because of the peace of mind his work has given us.

Best Tax Service is very horrible. They are very rude and they don't even try to help you when you need to. They argued with me on the phone saying one thing and I didn't do it plus your overprice d*******
