Attached is a written legal estimate that Mariposa Tire Auto Center gave me which I authorize for them to fix. The attached document clearly shows what I authorize you all to fix but instead of fixing the front left TPMS sensor you replace the back Left sensor however my left front TPM sensor light is still on. I never authorize you to fix the back sensor because to my knowledge there was nothing wrong with it. So you fixed something other than what I authorize you to fix and charged me for it. I do not believe this is legal and I will be seeking legal advice.
Right is right wrong is wrong. You all messed up. It’s just that simple. This is the original complaint I came in with, and as everyone can see, the light is still on indicating the left front tire, which I asked to be fixed. Why is this light still on? You TOOK MY MONEY! A simple apology could have fixed this, but you rather Claim I came in asking you to fix something that was not broken. Really, how many customers does that???

I went for flat tire they missed up my log nuts and patch the tire that was loosing air again I had to take it to another shop for repair same spot

12$ per tire balancing. Plus they even put up plastic shielding for underneath the car. we had in the trunk with bolts. They threw it on for 20$. They even had a friendly shop cat. Great prices and customer service. I'm very happy with our business. Thank you.

We took in our Tahoe for an alignment because we had some front end components replaced, at first we ask up front if they were able to do a proper alignment on this type of suv and they said yes, so the first alignment they adjusted only the toe and when my girl took off in it, it was off. She took it back they readjusted and it drove straight some what. But when the front end components were installed I had them mark the camber and caster plates to see if they were moved when doing the alignment, when I got home from work I checked to see if they were moved and nothing was adjusted properly. Then they tried to blame my gear box. To bad I’m a mechanic myself and I know a gear box has nothing to do with the caster and camber. So we took it back and they had to adjust it again 3 more times but this time I went myself. They need to take classes on alignments. A bad alignment can wear down your tires faster when it’s not done properly.

Worst mechanic shop ever. Took my vehicle in twice, mind you i paid $3500 not including a tow. I get to pick up my vehicle, Gas tank empty, batteries dead. I take It home and wouldn't start next day. So there's that. So Careless

Went here to get a simple installation on my car, I say simple because I’ve gotten this done before , took maybe a half hour.. no I was in here for 2 and a half hours and they didn’t even show me how it worked.. so ridiculous ohhh and no restrooms for people spending money and waiting for hours. I understand if you’re busy but it was literally me and one other person , but then again if I was on my cell and continuously walking in for candy it would take me more time too!

I love this shop. Been here a few times. Very honest, good work. I recommend all women come here. You will not get screwed. Had a terrible experience at pep boys hesperia. Came here and will always come to this shop.

Brought 2 different vehicles to them for assistance with things I couldn't do imyself in my driveway. Super nice until their work started failing. They ruined a speedo cable on an antique military vehicle, the cut notches in my lower control arms of another vehicle, used incorrect hardware on suspension components causing them to fail, they over torqued lug nuts causing a death wobble on the express wayand the loss of 2 of 5 studs and nuts, they broke the watts link that helps locate the rear end and simply welded it back. On top of that all, they quoted me $600 and when I arrived to pick up the car (took much longer than they quoted as well) I was told that it was much more involved and that what I now owed was 100%more at $1200. Nobody called to get approval or even let me know. Owner Shaun/Shawn has disappeared and refused to return phone calls and his employees just made excuses until they yelled at me to leave their store. Beware of this group, they do awful work and won't deal responsibility with their mistakes.

Even the technician was wanting to review everything with me so I had peace of mind. I've been back and referred several people here and never an issue. From a simple oil change to an engine replacement under my CARMAX warranty. They had some staff change around and seem to be even better than before. Them being an independent shop I was worried about cost and warranty - on some of the parts they seemed more than usual, but it was explained that that enables me to have a warranty on the part and labor if I was ever to have an issue, that included a network throughout their NAPA Car Care centers across the country....I trust them with every vehicle I bring in!Thank you to Mariposa Tire and Auto!!Services: Steering & suspension repair
