I tried getting a refund on some parts I bought my mechanic paid with cash app I went in the store on main st. In Hesperia store #5615. The so call manager refused to give me a refund because she said she couldn’t give me my money back because it was a large amount very rude by the way!! I called the store on bear valley store # 2836 spoke to the manager Eric Gutierrez and he resolved my problem gave my refund and was really polite and professional manager he deserves a raise!! We need more ppl like him!!

AMAZING STAFF. I had a coolant leak from a hose that I could not seem to identify which made finding the part impossible. They took the time to pull up the schematic of my coolant system, identified the part, and located it and had it brought to the store. That is what I would call amazing customer service. Thank you.

went into the autozone on bear valley/balsam, i was happy to be welcomed into the store by an associate and asked if i needed any assistance. i shopped around and then when needing help with some parts that needed to be looked up at the counter, they proceeded to treat me very wall and with knowledge. a newer employee needed a little assistance and asked his lady manager to assist. not only did she simone assist me she walked the employee through it as well. they got me what i needed and i am very happy with my shopping experience, i will definitely be back. thank you autozone.

Waited 30 mins because clerk was unknowable on simple spark question. Clueless worker , maybe it was her first day but also giving me wrong parts. A different clerk had to finish her job.
