I ordered wiper blades online and picked up in store. When I got home to put it on my truck, I couldn't get the old one off. I drove back to Autozone and asked for help and a very knowledgeable and kind young man replaced my wiper blades for me. I also noticed that they offer military discount and my son is in the ARNG. Thanks
