As promised...I wanted to thank Kristie for helping me diagnose a battery/alternator issue I was having. I was pretty stressed out with my car not starting in this heat, and we found out it was the battery which was still under warranty. Kristie was super friendly, informative, got me my replacement battery, and on my way I went! Another satisfied customer. Thanks Kristie, you rock!

Had an amazing customer service experience today. Kristie (I believe she goes by Kay) was VERY HELPFUL. I know nothing about cars and had to get my windshield wipers replaced; she not only helped me pick them but ALSO put them on for me! On top of that, she educated me on how to replace them myself next time. 10/10 experience thanks to Kristie! :)

Today I was helped by Gio ?? I couldn't leave without sending the highest praises to him. I'm headed back down the hill to Loma Linda where my daughter is on a ventilator fighting for her life. I drove home and switched cars because driving around in an SUV with these gas prices aren't it. I noticed my back light was out in my Nissan though so I I'm drove to AutoZone up the street from my house where I was met with Gio and a busy store. I dont know how to change a back light and to be honest I've always just got lucky with people helping me change it. Of course I asked but with how busy it was they could only show me a video really quick about how to do it. I sat in the parking lot and cried, I tried my best but I was so defeated. Gio came back outside without me asking and offered me further assistance. I broke down crying in thanks, I'm going through so much right now and I am just so thankful for your amazing staff member Gio today. So much integrity and so very sweet, I'll forever be thankful.

Only been here once. Service was good, not much to complain about. I was helped quickly with no long wait.Came by to drop off some used oil. They take used oil! I would give 5 Stars cause the staff was friendly too, but I haven't been here enough.
