The staff at this store are awesome! Gio and Ruiz helped me with a dead battery. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous They went out of their way (especially Gio) to help me. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

My sons blew his power steering pump today and I went into this Autozone and purchased a refurbished power steering pump however once my mechanic put it on it wasn't the right part so back to Autozone we go after a stressful day trying to get this fixed we were helped by the assistant manager Eric Gutierrez. Let me just say this He was beyond helpful and explained the confusion with the part we purchased and got the correct part! on top of that he made it to where now it was a new item not refurbished for a little more money than what we paid! I'm so thankful for his assistance it made all the difference in the ending result! Thanks for the excellent customer service Eric! Very much appreciated after the long stressful day! You are this customers HERO! 10 stars

BUYER BEWARE!!! AUTO ZONE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE UN SAFE PART!! Terrible customer service, continue to sell defective unsafe parts without notifying customer of past part issues! Manager was very unprofessional and refused to help a long time loyal customer in a situation Auto Zone is ultimately responsible for! Will be purchasing parts from competitors from here on out! The only help they offered was a discounted upgraded part! Even when a customer is in a horrible situation they still try to sell me a more expensive part! I strongly suggest buying parts elsewhere! O Reilly’s was cheaper, better customer service, and my new parts store! ?
