Would not recommend for a/c repairs. I went to have my car a/c looked at, and they told me in was the fan clutch and valve. They were going to charge me over $500 for repairs. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and found out that neither of the parts was bad. It was a different part. If they tested my a/c properly, they would have found the right part to fix. So either the machanic was lazy or clueless or both!

Was told car was going to be done a certain time by certain date but after a couple of weeks and not that much communication of whats going on still not finished. Last time taking to them.

Truck has been done for 2 weeks. And they couldn’t text. Said they called but did not. We called and left messages also. Said they don’t text. Really? They should have auto texts when the vehicle is done like they did for repairs list.
Gave them 4 stars because they did fix it. It would be 5 if they made an effort to reach out.

BE AWARE. Set up an appointment for 7:30 on the dot and was ready to get my car work done in a couple hours—only to be told that the service techs don’t come in til 8:30. What business makes appointments earlier than when service starts? Please take note of your time. I unfortunately had to drive an hour there and an hour back because I couldn’t waste more of my personal work time waiting for their arrival ?

I highly recommend Auto Wrench because they saved me thousands of dollars. I had gone to a local dealership and a local auto repair and they both had quoted me in the thousands to repair my AC and brakes. My husband suggested getting a third quote. So we took it to Auto Wrench 2.0 and I paid way less than I expected. I was shocked when the mechanic was able to repair my AC. I was also able to get my front and rear brakes done. I didn't take my vehicle to them because the phone conversation with the employee from the business indicated that my cost for the repair I needed was going to be extraordinarily high. I will say though that he was very patient on the telephone and had very good customer service skills which is why I gave the four star rating. He was informative and explained to me why the repair might be such a high price because of the way they would go about doing the repair. The hours it would take for the labor is what drove up the estimate. I did not take my vehicle because I've had the same problem with my vehicle in the past and had it repaired for about 10% of the estimated price the gentleman had quoted me. It was a huge difference from about $100 repair to a $1,400 estimate so I decided not to take my vehicle there however I would say that they do have a good reputation for doing good work and as I said the gentleman on the telephone was very informative and really seemed to know what he was talking about and it was just a matter of how they were going to tackle the repair that was going to drive up the cost. I'm not exactly sure why it would be necessary to go the route that he explained to me but again I am not a mechanic and I'm not going to second-guess his judgment on that I just can't afford the amount that I was quoted.
