“My granddaughter needed a radiator repair service on her 2011 Toyota Corolla. Visited numerous rear shocks and the fast as they could get it done would be 3 to 4 days. Checked with AA auto anytime and they said they would try to get it done the same day, but there was no guarantee. I took the car in at eight in the morning, and by five that evening they were calling me and the car was finished completed and in tiptop shape. These guys went above and beyond.”

Mr. Reyes did a phenomenal job concerning the repair of an alternator with a synthetic oil change. Amazingly, he completed the entire job within 3 hours and I was able to pick up my vehicle by 10pm, same day.
I highly recommend this establishment, not only do they have master mechanics with over 30 years experience fixing and building cars here. They have flexible hours outside of the traditional shop hours. Which allows you more flexibility in your schedule to pick up your vehicle, same day potentially. Depending on your repair needs.
They are the mechanics of other mechanics, because of their skill set, experience level and speedy completion of repair projects. Very personable and customer service oriented. “If you want entertainment....come here!!! Carlos will have you rolling on the floor to ease your mind but give you no B.S. at the same time. My car was in an accident on 12/5/24 and we had my vehicle towed to C.A.R.S. 12/6/24. When I Carlos and his team were thorough, trust me they were. Long story short, his company also gave my children xmas presents because I wasn't able to afford any due to my car being in the shop. I had to use my hubby car which was a bummer with all the getting up early dropping him off at work and taking kids to school. So it stressed me way out but Carlos was able to ease my pain knowing I'll get my vehicle back. I RECOMMEND this company to anyone. But make sure you have a backup car or rental because you will be stuck like I was.

“Broke down on the 15 at El Cajon On the way back to Las Vegas from San Diego.,got towed into California Auto. Girls on phone were courteous ,thoughtful and friendly. Technicians were knowledgeable ,honest and professional. Problem was in more than one area so had to stay overnight In Hesperia with my daughters.. Took me first On Saturday morning and by early afternoon we were rolling. charges were Fair service was fast and the entire team treated me and my daughters like we were family Including driving us to lunch while we awaited the repair. They even did a follow-up call to make sure we were all right on our way back to Las Vegas. Who the hell does that??do yourself a favor if you are ever unfortunately broke Down in hesperia area, make sure you give this garage an opportunity to get your vehicle straightened out. And thank you, California auto for your kindness, courtesy speed and considerations.”

“I bought a 2.2L 4cyl.motor for my 2001 Saturn LW200. I have not installed it yet so I can't say anything about it just yet.However I can say that up to now I'm very happy with how this transaction has gone. They found me a motor so I made a down payment they gave me a pickup date the motor was there on that day when I called and I went and got. It really was that simple and easy. So after I install the new crankshaft seals and get I install it I will return to add how the motor does.”

“I never let anyone touch my car because I’m always scared there going to mess it up , I came here because a lot of people recommended Cruz auto to get my air condition in my car repaired and honestly I’m glad I did come , I had a really good experience . My kids & I where really dying in this heat and Cruz auto really saved our life , they got my ac back to working normally like it use to before it went out . I see some reviews are stating they take longer then expected but honestly they have more then one car , what do you expect ? I don’t know about others but I rather wait and have my stuff done correctly then have someone rushing to get the work done and your back in a week or two .
