“My granddaughter needed a radiator repair service on her 2011 Toyota Corolla. Visited numerous rear shocks and the fast as they could get it done would be 3 to 4 days. Checked with AA auto anytime and they said they would try to get it done the same day, but there was no guarantee. I took the car in at eight in the morning, and by five that evening they were calling me and the car was finished completed and in tiptop shape. These guys went above and beyond.”

Because I trust Dennis, I took my car to Rob. Rob quoted me a fair price, way less than half of what the dealer was trying to charge. Long story short, if you have a kia and are having troubles with the dealer, go see Rob!”
“Broke down on the 15 at El Cajon On the way back to Las Vegas from San Diego.,got towed into California Auto. Girls on phone were courteous ,thoughtful and friendly. Technicians were knowledgeable ,honest and professional. Problem was in more than one area so had to stay overnight In Hesperia with my daughters.. Took me first On Saturday morning and by early afternoon we were rolling. charges were Fair service was fast and the entire team treated me and my daughters like we were family Including driving us to lunch while we awaited the repair. They even did a follow-up call to make sure we were all right on our way back to Las Vegas. Who the hell does that??do yourself a favor if you are ever unfortunately broke Down in hesperia area, make sure you give this garage an opportunity to get your vehicle straightened out. “I bought a 2.2L 4cyl.motor for my 2001 Saturn LW200. I have not installed it yet so I can't say anything about it just yet.However I can say that up to now I'm very happy with how this transaction has gone. They found me a motor so I made a down payment they gave me a pickup date the motor was there on that day when I called and I went and got. It really was that simple and easy. So after I install the new crankshaft seals and get I install it I will return to add how the motor does.”

“I never let anyone touch my car because I’m always scared there going to mess it up , I came here because a lot of people recommended Cruz auto to get my air condition in my car repaired and honestly I’m glad I did come , I had a really good experience . My kids & I where really dying in this heat and Cruz auto really saved our life , they got my ac back to working normally like it use to before it went out . I see some reviews are stating they take longer then expected but honestly they have more then one car , what do you expect ? I don’t know about others but I rather wait and have my stuff done correctly then have someone rushing to get the work done and your back in a week or two . I will be recommending there services to others and I will also be back to get my car serviced again . Thank you again .”

“4.5⭐ maybe more accurate, but the half star deduction would be due to something out of this shop's control, so 5 stars it is.I needed a strange combo put together for a large truck, and he probably has mostly passenger car stuff in stock, so he had to order some parts. Those parts were inevitably delayed by the manufacturer. Once the parts arrived, the driveshaft was completed very quickly. I was quoted 2-weeks and $xxx.xx. Due to the shipping slowdown, it ended up being 3-weeks & and a few dollars less than quoted, so it evens out. I let him know that I wasn't in a huge hurry, and I'm on a budget, so he worked with me on it. Probably saved him some valuable time on paint too, so all I had to do is spray it black & put it back. Only had to grease the slip joint too. He uses solid joints that do not require lube, and are much stronger. Positive experience all around, thanks much.”
“I can't believe I'm just reviewing this company. Sometime ago I brought my truck here for transmission service. Without a diagnosis fee, they advised me that I would need another transmission and that my motor mounts were bad. Like yo, the dealership charges an arm and a leg for the jewels of wisdom you give for free. I love this shop. They are backed up because they are that valuable by the locals but I agree, it is worth the wait.”
