This company, AM-PM Arco Hesperia does not pay for service that is provided to them to help keep their customers safe.
No Service company should provide any services UNLESS they are COD - You won't get paid after the service has been completed.
It would be really nice for the owner that replied to this review to follow up as they said they would and Pay for the Services that were Provided to help keep a safe place for their customers.

No one wants to go inside to pay. The only way this arco can compete with pilot is by not fixing their card readers so you go inside and be tempted to buy there snacks. Don't!! Don't buy anything. Boycott this place.

This is a response to the reply from arco. I wasn't disappointed in your gas station. It was fine. Its a gas station. What is 5 star about a gas station? Any gas station. Nobody stops to get gas and thinks "I sure hope this is a 5 star gas station."

Most pumps broken, working ones will decline every card you have, and inside charges a fee for credit AND debit. Who does that?! In 2024?!
Not sure what’s wrong with the gas stations in this town. Get gas before driving through. Good riddance!

A poor excuse for a service station. The screens on the gas pumps are almost impossible to read because they are cracked and crazed by the sun. The pumps themselves would not accept my credit cards. Two different credit cards were declined at two different pumps. From the other reviews, this seems like a scam to force people to come inside where they will spend money on junk food and soda. I went across the street to the Pilot and had no trouble at all with the screens, the cards, or the gas pumps.

i walk in there and see a guy mopping. I try to avoid where he is mopping but the food item I want is where he is. I go over and take a single step on the wet floor. The guy cusses me out to his fellow employee because he "moved his sh*t over here and [I] still step in it". what a jerk. Worst ampm if not gas station experience. and get another guy to mop.
