Despite a scathing review a few years back, I thought I'd try this place again. What a mistake! I took my little dog in for discharge from her vulva. The vet recommended I do an x-ray. I questioned this and let her know that this dog had just been in less than a month before and had x-rays done so they should be on file. I also questioned why I would need to get x-rays for vaginal discharge and asked the vet if she meant imaging instead. The vet said it was to see if her uterus was intact as this might be the issue. The dog is spayed, as I told them at least 4 times, not only is she spayed, she was spayed at this facility so there should be no uterus. The vet said she'd check past x-rays. Surprise, the x-rays showed she had no uterus but, the vet assured me that getting additional imaging was still needed just in case there were some underlying issues. I paid for the imaging to have the vet come into the exam room expressing there was no uterus or underlying issues. NO CRAP! So, back to what we suspected, vaginosis. I expressed my frustration with the vet only to have her hand me the Rx and told me to have it filled elsewhere. Why? Her explanation was it is too expensive here. The Rx is Clavamax which is less than $25 with Rx on Chewey for 30 tablets. Guess the vet got scared because I asked questions. Why the games? Money. Just money. This clinic also asked me to have blood work done on one of my cats who I just brought in for a foxtail a few years back. I noped out on that one and they refused to continue the exam. I went to Banefield. Their reasoning was his age. My dog is over 7. You do not need to do bloodwork for every dog or cat over 7. This is unnecessary and is a waste of money. If you have had bad experiences at this vet hospital, please contact the California Veterinary Medical Board and file a formal complaint vmb.ca.gov. We all need to work together to have this business completely shut down.

The workers there are all great...it was a very quick visit...they got me and my Daisy in and out in less than:15 minutes (she got 2 shots). My Daisy was very happy.

The staff at this location is great. We had to take our four dogs for their rabies shots and staff was extremely helpful in allowing us to make two trips to get this accomplished - our dogs are too big to make one trip in car. Despite how busy they were, they were polite and helpful throughout. Thank you ladies!!

This is the WORST Clinic that we have ever been to. They have no idea what they are doing. My one and a half pound 10 week old puppy had a broken neck, they sent her home with prednisone, no pain medicine and told me to feed her kibble, she passed away two days later. If you care about your animals don't go here

If I could I would give them zero stars. Took my cat in there and they did an eye test due to leaky eyes. They gave us eye drops. The following year made an appointment to get the antibiotics refilled and they wanted to charge us for the same eye test. My cats eyes only get irritated during season change like most people. They would not refill the medication unless we agreed to the $200.00 test. We refused and then they wanted to charge us the vet fee for seeing the vet. The vet never came in to see us or explain anything. The tech is the one who said we needed the test prior to getting a refill. Needless to say we will NEVER go back. The vet there is horrible and obviously only wants to make money and has no empathy for the pet owners or the animals.

AMC is the only place I will bring my pets. They are very understanding and emotionally know what it's like to lose a pet. Not sure if we're supposed to give names but, Blessings to Morgan who is such a professional. They should always get much respect for the jobs they do. They go above and beyond.
