Andrew was so helpful with my loan and the process. Andrew made sure I was consistently in the loop with my loan and what I needed to do to improve my chances to qualify for my loan. I couldn’t have done it without his guidance. He is very supportive through the whole process. In other words, Andrew knows what he is doing for Morgage loans.

First off, I would like to thank Evergreen for having such amazing and awesome employees like Andrew who is a very passionate and knowledgeable individual. Being a first time home buyer, things can be nerve-racking and stressful at first which in my case was, but once I was introduced to Andrew, things became less stressful and more comfortable. Andrew was very patient and attentive to any concerns or questions myself or my wife had. He walked us through every step to ensure we understood and were aware of what was expected and what was going on during this process. He was upfront with everything, never left us in dark. He made this whole process and experience fun and great. We are truly blessed and grateful for the passion of work and support we received from Andrew. His hard work and dedication to ensure his clients were comfortable and happy was truly a blessing. This was a major step for myself and my wife which we are truly grateful for Andrew being there to ensure we were truly happy. I am a home owner that did not work personally with this company but the buyers of our house have. They have turned what was supposed to be a 45 day escrow into over 70 days with no end in sight. Please Please please, if you are a seller be wary of your buyers tell you this is the finance company they are going through!! There is a lot of mishandling of paperwork and no consideration for what the seller is having to put up with just to try and get a home sold!!

Andrew and his team are true professionals, they answer all of your questions, they are open and honest about your situation and they are up to date on current affairs affecting the mortgage industry. My boss at the time, had referred Andrew to me when I was ready to buy my first home. I was worried that I would not qualify for a loan because I had talked to my dad's lender and the outlook was not positive due to my student loan issues and low credit scores at the time. I called Andrew, with no positive expectations regarding my hopes to buying my first home. However, he was a miracle worker. He counseled me on what I had to do to get my scores up and only in a couple of months and literally 6 months later escrow was closed on my first house. The whole experience was so awesome and pain free that I decided to pursue a real estate career and passed my rea estate exam last month. Andrew even took time out of his busy schedule to train me on financing and appraisals to help prepare me for my real estate exam. I will be using Andrew as my preferred lender when I begin working as a real estate salesperson.

Well what can I say? Andrew is a true professional and he speaks VA loans fluently! I was a first time home buyer with some financial issues and Andrew made this home happen. I knew he was the right guy right off the bat when he started giving me answers to questions I didn't even know I was supposed to ask. His office is staffed with some truly wonderful people. Sandra is a true star. All of them made the whole thing very comfortable and simple. They handled my anxiety well and I have no misgivings about the whole process. You know how you sometimes feel after spending a few $10k on a car hoping you didn't get screwed? I felt none of that after spending a few $100k on a house. Fiduciary Responsibility is a real thing. "Fiduciary. An individual in whom another has placed the utmost trust and confidence to manage and protect property or money. The relationship wherein one person has an obligation to act for another's benefit." Andrew Andreasen is the poster child for Fiduciary Responsibility. Andrew is a family man, an animal advocate and a Marine. Yep! I'm a fan.

Andrew helped us get our first home just recently. I was very p[leased with his service. He knows the loan process step by step and will make sure you understand everything and very responsive with calls/text/emails when ever we had questions. Before him we were with a loan officer who was making the whole process a complete nightmare, it shouldn't be that way. I highly recommend andrew. Also knows how to work with VA loans.
