I will never come back here. Felt like they were racist towards my family and I (Mexicans). We got there 15 minutes before opening, were THIRD in line waited until 11:40 for them to finally get our car in after they attended all the white folks first including one who had got there 10 minutes before they took our car in. They pulled there's in and changed their tire while my car still sat in the shop, while my baby cried and my dog sat in the heat. finally left at NOON. AFTER being told they DONT have my tire in stock at all. We came up from Pasadena and were hoping to get in and out but due to not checking if our tires were in stock from the beginning we wasted HOURS here just to leave and have to find another shop last minute on a Sunday on a completely ruined tire.

We had a lovely experience with the customer service here. We needed to purchase four new tires. They gave us two quotes, one cost-efficient and one with higher quality, higher warranty and a bit higher price. It’s nice to know. We have options for quality tires and great customer service here in the high desert. I would highly recommend going here and the service took less than 45 minutes,
