Great service, I found a home I wanted to buy, I put mine up for sale, and within a few weeks, yes a few weeks, we went into Escrow on both houses...how sweet is that? I am a happy camper?

This man is a LIAR & this business is absolutely terrible, I bought a remodeled home in 2020 and reached out right away when I was having issues with flooding he told me he would pay for drains and had someone come out and made me think he was gonna fix it ONLY because I left a bad yelp review once I removed my review I never heard from anyone again, I ended up resolving the issue in my home myself but that wasn't the only issue , DO NOT purchase any homes he renovates , I just now saw on another review someone else's house has similar issues to mine the walls and base boards are crooked my walls are very noticeably crooked , and when I had moved in my walls also had water damage and now it is literally falling apart, there has been SOOO much wrong with my home that I haven't been able to get to every fix yet and I've been here almost 3 years now , we also had discovered black mold in a wall , and back to the flooding issue which was the issue i first had he claimed he didn't know but all of my neighbors told me he for sure knew because he had to make flood cuts into all the walls , and apparently the flood damage was why the previous people had to move out . So he KNEW ! This man is a LIAR ! Mickey Mouse's all homes . And will pretend to want to help and have you fix your yelp review then you won't hear back from him. It's so sad to see him ruining so many families experience buying homes , I will ALWAYS warn people of how terrible and DISHONEST his business is. On local fb pages I will always warn people because it is such a nightmare having your whole first home experience be this bad from the very first week moving in to two almost three years into it , my BIGGEST REGRET has been not looking into his reviews before deciding on the home , LIAR, DISHONEST , TERRIBLE MICKY MOUSE REMODELS. Your home will literally FALL APART , it will look good but once you move in you will start noticing everything he Mickey Moused , also I noticed a previous review is having the same problems as I am , these are two separate homes so please don't think "oh just one bad review" NOPE I'm so sad to see that it's not just my home, there's many others.I will update my review with more pictures and details as soon as I get a chance!And I sure hope he doesn't reply to my review again with that "hello we have no records of doing business with you" because oh yes you do you've even came to my home sent your workers Juan & Rudy then NEVER heard back once I removed my review last time.

Alam Realty has knowledgeable and helpful agent. I went find if they have any rental homes but I was informed they don’t do property rentals. But their agent took some time with me and gave me few lists of home and referred me to few local property management places. Nice person ??

Alam Realty is the BEST in the High Desert!! They really know how to work for you and get you what you want ! I know a lot of people are complaining there toilet flooded blah blah blah THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REALTY GROUP ! Make sure you get a HOME INSPECTION on your OWN before purchase ! Be a ADULT and do what you have to don't expect somewhere else to spend there money on you Thank you And THANK YOU ALAM REALTY YOU ARE THE BEST

Mohammad, his assistant Cindy and his team were great. He was very informative and knowledgeable. We were thinking in this current market it would take a while to sell our house and as soon as we hit the market we were getting a bunch of requests for showings. Mohammad did what he said he would do, sell our house in 2 weeks. We can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend Alam Realty.
