Best tow company after being screwed around for 5 hours by AAA and G&M towing, A Action saved the day. Tow driver was professional and efficient. There response time was amazing. I definitely recommend this company.

Ana and Andrew are the worst people ever they are rude as hell and disrespectful this company should be taken off of all sheriff and CHP rotation calls. They have no consideration for people and are lazy. The company should just close itself down. I am reporting their behavior to the watch Commander for towing at the sheriffs office. They don't deserve the job they have.

Stay away from this company. Absolutely horrendous business practices, the customer service is horrible they lose your property. My vehicle was taking in April they had my car for 5 days in that time they managed to lose my car keys and tried to give the towing company that moved my car for insurance purposes a different car with different keys once the new company realized hey this is the wrong vin and switch for the correct car and they "didn't have my keys". They originally had my keys because they rolled my windows up for me so the rain wouldn't get in the car. The windows don't roll up without the keys. The are now giving me the run around after losing my property. Dont use this company.

Destroyed my fender, door and carbon fiber lip. Not equipped to tow cars without keys. They will damage your car and charge you an extra day. I'm pretty sure they used their fork lift to move my car as I saw them move another car with it. Just not with me there of course. Disgusting service! I had the unfortunate opportunity to get these guys with my stolen recovered car. Dont wish this service on anyone. Worst experience with a tow yard.Services: Car towing

They gave us a bit of a run around, making us jump thru what seemed to b unnecessary hoops. Seemed hinky, to say the least. Either way, atleast their intelligent enough to know that they were not going to get away with anything other then giving my uncle his truck ;/... So, we got the truck & they get 3 stars for that much.
