Tried to get free slurpee and she told us 25 mins then I told another customer she said 25 mins but that customer said she also told her 25 minutes, another 25 mins ago. So I came back 25 mins later then she said she’s not taking anymore customers because she already has 2 lines… eeek why’d u tell me 25 mins then big waste of time, unfortunately.

This store always bypasses the part of the screen where it asks the customer if they want to use their points to save money. Show annoyance when you tell them you want to save money on purchase. It's literally annoying. They think we don't see it. They also charge full price for a cup of ice as if you are buying soda. which other stores only charge 50 cents. Cheap and greedy owners.

Hello 7 Eleven owner I just wanted to bring something to your attention. One of your workers today maybe manager or owner , who asked me why I was going in and out and said to me I’m not stealing right? First of all I didn’t go in and out I was at the atm where I go at least once a week because I have Citi and I don’t get charged there. Then I was going to buy something. I was trying to buy a cup ice an energy drink and a water. I was wearing beige shorts, white shirt with colorful logo on back on 04/29 around 3:35 to 3:45 , glasses, and medium color skin. Just in case you want to look at cameras. I told him look at your cameras I’ll wait . He said he was joking. that’s not something to joke about especially when your not sure if your right . To accuse someone of something like this is unacceptable and is not right. I’m in my work van with my phone number on the side. It would be the dumbest thing to even try to do that. Either way my point is I don’t need to steal or be excused of something like that.

I just wanna give a shout out to the lady who worked there a couple late nights ago. She recognized I wasn't having a good night & I recognized neither was she... just wanna say thank you for being so kind. Sometimes that one act of kindness is all someone needs. I see you, girl. I'm sure I suck at explaining wat happen. But if ya know ya know.

Coffee@9am shouldn't be left over bottom of the barrel. No creamer selection. Only had pumpkin spice that was expired and Chucky.
