Poor customer service. Not professional at all. Especially the branch manager. Super lazy.

I came here to setup a business account. I made an appointment and when I arrived they said that their manager and business banker wasn't available and they had to cancel my appointment. The employee that was there was kind enough to immediately schedule me an appointment at another branch. I drove a few miles to the other branch and they had no knowledge of my appointment. So he must've just lied to get me to leave. Luckily, there are many other banks in the area that would be happy to take my money. Disappointing experience. I don't think I'll bank with Wells Fargo in the future.

I made an appointment to have some documents notarized. Virginia assisted my husband and I and the process was easy and efficient. She was friendly and courteous and we were out in 17 minutes. This location in Hermosa Beach shares a lot with Vons and CVS with lots of parking. It's located on the south side of PCH.

Disappointed and wasted of time. Bank with no banker. We tried to open our joint account at this branch. The bank tailors told us their banker was at different location and they were not unable to get a hold of the banker so our option was to leave our name here or go to different location. Staff is unprofessional and not willing to help at all.Don’t go there unless you need services equivalent to ATM machine

Josh was super helpful and friendly helping me with opening a savings account before I go to college. He spent a long time helping my dad and I calculate the balance of my earnings. Josh is great; I would recommend this place because of him.

Worst bank and customer service I've ever received. I've been a new customer of Wells Fargo for quite some time. I had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with David who handles "Business Accounts". Long story short I was disrespected, treated very poorly, so much to the point - I will be closing my account and lodging a complaint with Wells Fargo Corporate office.

I don't currently have a bank account but I had no problem cashing the economic impact check at this branch. The teller, Lupe, that assisted me was friendly and professional. It beats going to a check cashing store and paying a fee. Thanks Wells Fargo Hermosa!

Most business owners, especially for corporate accounts - find commercial bankers difficult to deal with all the regulations, etc. California requires. Francis, our personal banker, has helped our small business countless times with various corporate issues. Firstly, Francis opened our out-of-state Oregon corporate account with ease (a complicated process). Since then, she has assisted us in so many positive ways I honestly cannot explain - always with courtesy, patience, and respect. She has delivered every single time with our special requests. I would highly recommend this branch for business needs. Patrick A. President GPS FLYERS INC.

This bank is horrible buyer beware! I put two very large deposits into this bank a few months back. This is an account that I had not used regularly due to excessive FEES and the bad press on Wells Fargo scams. I use Union Bank next door for my personal and business accounts. They are nicer and more honest. It don't have as many locations nationwide. We decided to go to another bank for our savings (a trust account for my kid and ours). The Manager set us up with a bank rep who spent over an hour doing serious intimidation and pressure to try and get us to sign up for their investment banking. I had a limited amount of time said please just set up the accounts. Then he decided he wanted nothing to do with us Because he wasn't going to get his commission all while his manager looked on. I've heard about these kinds of things but never experienced it it should be illegal. My daughter was with me in case anybody in the bank doesn't believe me. He was passive aggressive like a little child. The tension was horrible. I should've walked out -and I did not stupid me. I tried to give them another chance. Today I noticed I'm getting fees on my account Which were supposed to be waived because my balance is high enough. I called into a nice rep on the phone told me I should have a portfolio account which is only a $25,000 balance between all and then no fees. That rep Hal seemed to care about keeping customers And he was honest the only positive about this whole experience. He had the manager Jose call me back, And he again to tried to get me to sign up for investing, when I said no he acted like a petulant child and instead of trying to tell me how to waive the fees on my account, (After lying and saying the minimum for a portfolio account was double what it actually was which I have enough anyway) he acted like I was doing something wrong Because I opened my account in Torrance? I've never so much as bounced a check. And I asked him if he wanted to keep my business and I guess he didn't because he kept on being nasty. How does a guy like this with no social or business skills become bank manager? I told him if he couldn't find a way to help me I would be finding another bank and that's what I will be doing. Wells Fargo is the worst based on Issues they got in trouble doing in the class action suits of course.but mainly because of managers like this who don't care about the PEOPLE the customers who keep them running. A Bank is a service that we pay for and we get to be selective where we choose to do business. My mistake for giving this bank another chance.

Worst bank on the planet. I had someone try to hack into my account by impersonating me on the phone. Corporate froze our accounts (which was appreciated) and we were called in to cancel our current accounts and open new ones. We have 8 accounts between kids savings, our personal and our businesses. We were there for over 5 (!) hours with a guy that was truly incompetent. We met the manager twice and no one seemed concerned about the insane amount of time. Out of frustration, we finally asked them to close our accounts and we would go elsewhere. The banker was intensely frustrating and despite our misfortune, kept saying how grateful he was for the opportunity to learn. He was slow as molasses and didn't help ease a frustrating experience one bit. It's a hassle changing banks but I'm so glad to be out of this place... for good.

So disappointed with this branch today. My friend with a very large cashiers check who wanted to make a deposit, was treated like a criminal and was doubted because her check was such a large sum of money. Instead of clearing the check with the issuing bank, they asked here where she got the check and gave her a hard time like it wasn't real. All she wanted to do is deposit! She tried to also make the deposit at WF PCH and they also gave her a hard time and doubted her. She had to go to Citibank due to discrimination. Citibank welcomed her, cleared her check and deposited it within twenty minutes.
