Had my first facial ever with Kayla. What an amazing experience!I made the trip to see her in LA from Vegas and to spend some quality time with her. I never told her, that as a blind person I don’t trust people around my eyes. She put me at ease straight away….And I was NOT disappointed!!!I felt amazing! Kayla took the time to address my allergies and skin sensitivities. I never expected my skin would feel so good. I can finally be seen in public (well at night anyway)Thank you Kayla, you truly have a gift.❤️

This is truly a beautiful place to treat yourself to! I went for the first time a few months ago and I did a 3 treatment package. I got there right when they opened, and it was a little tricky! Be sure to park in the right parking lot, behind the Vans store, and the glass door on the side with stairs going up is the right one! I met Kelly at the door and followed her up the stairs to the next door into the main part of the studio. The waiting area is open with an insane view of Hermosa Beach! Wellness products, crystals, and other items are available to purchase and placed perfectly on shelves around. Kelly then showed me around and explained all the treatments I would be doing. I started with the Pressotherapy/Lymphatic drainage treatment. Compression pants were slipped on my legs and another compression piece around the top part of my body. I laid flat, but my legs were slightly elevated and had a jade infrared neck heating pad on my shoulders. Spa music was playing and lights were low. I read a book, my choice, and loved every single minute. This was by far my favorite treatment out of the three. Next, I did the red light therapy crystal bed where I laid flat on a jade crystal mat under red lights for 20 minutes. This was a very soothing and peaceful. Lastly, the infrared sauna pod for 45 minutes. I felt like I was in my own spaceship! Heat and vibration were used during this process and you can control throughout the time you are in there. I felt happy and at peace once I completed all three and was excited to recommend my mom as she has fibromyalgia. AND! She's already gone a few times and LOVES it. Everyone should not forget your body is the only one you'll ever get, so be good to it! Make yourself an appointment at Well + Good, you won't regret it!

This is my go to place for some self love and healing. The space is gorgeous, clean and well managed by Kelly who is one of the most genuine and friendliest people I have ever met. The inferred pods have helped eliminate pain in my back and hips. I love this place!

The studio is so cute and clean! Kelly the owner is so sweet and knowledgeable about the machines and their benefits! I did the inferred pod and felt so incredible after! I'll definitely be back!! Can't wait to try some of the other machines and services!

Great space! I had a wonderful experience here. I used the infrared sauna pod and the red light therapy. The space is clean and Kelly walked me through the whole process on what to do. I ended up buying a service package as I plan to go back and use the services here again.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Well + Good. The owner Kelly has been extremely helpful and generous with doing anything she can to help my Lyme recovery. Amazing treatments, staff, and studio with top of the line equipment. Can't recommend enough. I can truly say I leave feeling better. SO lucky to have found a place like this in the South Bay.

Today I did the infrared sauna therapy and the red light therapy and both were amazing. I recently had elbow surgery and both treatments will help with my healing. I can't wait to go back next week for my medical medium appointment and pressotherapy. The studio is spotlessly clean (and they only use non toxic cleaning products), It is light and bright and has an ocean view.

This place is amazing! Friendly staff and beautiful place. I got referred here by a friend when I rolled my ankle at my bachelorette party. I have been coming here for the past few days for the infrared sauna pod and the lymphatic drainage massage. It really has made a difference in my muscle soreness and overall mental and physical well being. Thanks to Kelly I am walking so much better! I will be coming back here for many more services in the future and recommend this place to everyone!

I LOVE this place!!! The infrared sauna pods are a lifesaver for me. I tried to do the infrared sauna that my whole body goes in but these are so much better for me because you lay there and your head is out! I also tried the red light bed AND the lymphatic draining machine and loved the whole trifecta and I felt SO good and cleansed from the inside out! I've also had two treatments for my face from them and I couldn't be happier. I feel like I have found my new spa for health & wellness!!!

So excited to have this in Hermosa, so many unique treatments. The owner Kelly is so sweet and has so much knowledge about what she offers. I tried the sauna today and really felt amazing after. I also tried the lymphatic draining "skinny pants" I read about in Town & Country, I loved it and seriously felt awesome leaving. I will be back and can not wait to try all the treatments Well + Good offers.
