Lab was fine, but they didn't put my insurance in when creating my account. I went back to the same office/counter and the employee would not do anything with my insurance card and gave me a pamflet with other lab locations.
What a waste of time! I only came here because my Dr. requested it. The lab at beach cities health building in Redondo is much better.

Lost my blood test results!

They’re extremely slow and very unfriendly. They’re so unfamiliar with lack of knowledge they have to call for every individual test even when my physician ordered everything on one of their requisition form.

The front desk person who checks you in needs to be more knowledgeable.

I’ve been here a few times now and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. All of the staff has been professional and helpful, and the draws were quick and virtually painless. I received my results within a day or two every time. Very happy with all aspects of this facility.

Very rude and unprofessional, not able to follow instructions and not caring about the consequences of not following instructions to the patient. I will not be going there again.

I been coming her for years for my blood work.... Last several appt it's been a 30-40 min wait with only couple people in office. It seems to me ...we are a bother to staff & when asking any questions they seems to get annoyed. I only continue to come as it is very convenient. I also. Notice this with our patient who enter

I hate getting my blood drawn and have had really negative experiences in the past at other clinics but my experience with Osanna at the HB location was amazing. She was really gentle and I didn't even feel the needle go in or out. Would definitely recommend her if you hate needles too.

Only two people working and both are focused on the paperwork with nobody drawing blood. Telling people arriving the wait is only 35 - 40 minutes, but those of us already checked-in and in the waiting room already exceeding the quoted wait time. I asked when I might expect to have blood drawn and they told me I could go to another station and they had no idea of my further wait...after already waiting here 45 minutes. It seemed pretty rude and unprofessional.

I asked when I might expect to have blood drawn and they told me I could go to another station and they had no idea of my further wait...after already waiting here 45 minutes. It seemed pretty rude and unprofessional. EDIT: Thanks for the reply and concern. I called Rhonda, who is the supervisor of the this draw station. She stated that the issue this morning was due to COVID-19 creating issues, which I'm not sure is necessarily valid. I appreciate that the Pandemic creates obstacles, but the lobby already limited to only five people with the overflow safety protocols in place. It appeared, based upon what I observed, the office was understaffed since usually there are three people working. If only two people are working and both are focused on the admin, with nobody drawing blood, a delay is inevitable. What I also noticed is that instead of processing the paperwork of one patient at a time, they were not taking patients until batches were completed. There were five people waiting in the lobby and I estimate approximately ten waiting outside or in their vehicles. About thirty minutes into my wait time, I overhead a call made to Rhonda asking for help. Another staff member arrived at the point when I was there for one hour. Rhonda told me that she pulled that person from another very busy draw station. I'm not here to suggest how to run this business, but it appears to me the facility was understaffed. Rhonda's said the solution to this issue is she will tell the staff not to quote wait times, but I believe that may create more customer-service issues. I would consider maintaining a minimum three-person staff for the morning rush of fasting patients, which hopefully would help create a more reasonable flow. I'm sure the poor diabetic who came in after me who wasn't feeling well from fasting would appreciate it, as would I.

Something needs to be said about the front desk working today July 26, 2019 at opening. From the moment myself and others walked in the doors there were no "hellos" or "good morning".. just "where's your insurance card".. after that it all went down hill .. their office had told me we could pay out of pocket then she rudely told me how their office doesn't take my insurance ( even though I let her l wanted to pay with cash.. she said that's against policy.. again very rude in her presentation of that. No problem.. even though they told me diff.. that was fine, but then she would not speak to my mom who spoke with them the day before and continued to have attitude with me. Are there ANY customer service trainings taking place here? I run a company and wouldn't hire this worker if she was the last person on the planet. Absolute snobbishness, unfriendliness and a lack of kindness and courtesy from the onset. She should be fired because her demeanor did not change throughout. It was apparent that this was her normal behavior. Terrible experience all around and if a firing does not take place, an apology certainly does. It takes no cost to be kind. She was the furthest thing From it and a terrible terrible representation of how someone should be at a station where people are needing help.
