Great gym. Super clean, spacious, nice machines and free weights. The manager is super friendly and helpful, gladly answered all the questions I have as a newbie. Highly recommended.

This place is by far the best place to go for a training session. No fluff, just a great place to apply some grit and walk out with some extra motivation. Troll is the owner and works with youth and pros non-stop. He is a incredible teacher, and is an invaluable source of energy, positivity, inspiration and training knowledge.
