Me and a friend stopped in after a day at the beach. It was great. We watched them build or subs as we told them what we wanted in them. They just kept getting bigger and bigger.They were very nice. The place was very clean.This looks to be a regular stop for us now. We will get our subs first, then take them to the beach with us.This place is worth checking out.

Wow each time I come in here I hope it gets better but it gets worse. Customer service is absolutely non existent. So rude and miserable. Please make this better I mean come on how bad can it be to work here?

Went to pick up an online order for delivery and had a bad experience. I asked the staff for the order and got an eye roll for an answer as the lady started digging through receipts to find the order. Didn't say a word she just handed it to the other lady working who started slowly putting it together in between other customers sandwiches. They didnt even tell me when it was ready they just left it next to the register until I noticed. Then she just hands me the sandwich without a bag. I had to ask for a bag for a to go order and thankfully I checked the receipt and saw the order had chips, so I bagged those because apparently the employees only deal with sandwiches. The experience rubbed me the wrong way because I don't get paid by subway so why am I more concerned about their customers than they are. The bottom line is get on your job subway you weren't even busy.

If the lady with the pink hair hates her job so much she should Just quit. It's subway so I don't expect INCREDIBLE customer service BUT this was a new level. She was so rude I thought she was joking with me so I laughed. Didn't even ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted ? I was willing to pay the upcharge. She then proceeded to ring up my order and then dip out during the payment process. Never asked if I wanted my receipt... close the sale next time please. also get your please get your door changed because it's actually illegal to have a main door that doesn't push out. It's a fire hazard I will be reporting to the city. Also, your Diet Coke Machine needs more syrup. I'm not enjoying my seltzer water with a dash of cola

1:30 am, I NEED a sub AND they're open?!?! Not only that, the two sweet Subway Sandwich Artists were dealing with the hammered bunch of us trying to figure out what we want on our subs very patiently. Awesome customer service, I must say. (Elijah, thanks for making my mind up for me. Your sanich was great!

Staff was helpful in figuring out the best sandwich for me and it was so dang good. Bread and produce was fresh.
