“I came in to look for a soft top for my daughter's fifth birthday at the end of the month. I found the perfect board, but they said they could only hold it for 4 to 5 days. The manager (I'm disappointed b/c I can't remember her name right now even though she told me her name) and I started talk about my daughter amongst other things and the manager said, "You know what, we'll hold the board so she can have it for her birthday." It's people like her and at Jack's that make this world a better place to live. Many alohas to the manager tonight and all the staff.”

“Harry was super helpful and took the time out of his day to make sure I knew and had everything to get out there and into the water! He is real and cares not only about your safety but you as a person. Also got some pretty epic deals on some items that would have been wayy more expensive! He even gave me one of his backup belts because I was a little low on funds!! Not saying he will do it for you, just saying that's the kind of person he is!”
