After many years of driving for work, i developed several hideous dings on my 2013 Prius. I brought it in to see Andy and now it honestly looks BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!!!It feels amazing driving in it now. Andy was incredible with his thorough work ethic and very professional. I can’t thank them ENOUGH!

Highest recommendation ! Just had my Miata repaired here, and everything was perfect! I brought my car in covered in scratches and some impressive damage on both sides. It actually had to be towed in! I picked up a car that looks brand new!They were quick, affordable, responsive and just perfect to work with. It's scary to try a new company with something so important-I'm so happy I found this one!

I brought my Audi to South Bay Collision after being rear ended and had a great experience. The process from start to finish was very smooth. Communication was great. I got a quick responses and updates even over the weekend. The finished repairs look just like new. Andy even repaired my car in under the time he quoted. (I know that can't always be the case). But overall I'm very happy would use the shop again for any needed repairs.

I went in to request a quote for two paint scratches I had and the owner (Andy) buffed them out on the spot, saving me a lot of time and money. Definitely exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend and would definitely use them in the future.

My Tahoe had 2 separate claims and Andy managed to get Mercury to do their job. He always replied my text or calls when I had questions and promptly gave me updates. My truck (white stallion)looks better than it did when I bought it .And he only charged me for one of the deductibles. The only place I would ever take my car again.

I recently took a right turn too hard and hit a gate with my BMW X5. Unfortunately, it caused far more damage than it should have (my ego included) and I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Andy to the rescue. He gave a super fair quote, worked with my insurance company, did great work and had it done when he said he would. Andy was also supper responsive when I texted and even picked me up from the car rental spot after I dropped off my rental. I hope I never need to see Andy again, but if I do, I know he will get the job done well!

Great service and workmanship. Andy cares about the work he does, which is rare these days.My daughter got cut off by a numb-nuts 16 year old male that struggles with spatial cognizance from on-coming traffic. This driver can beheld up as the answer to, "why is insurance so expensive for my teen boy.Back to the review.....Andy is simply very good. He uses factory parts and his paint work is outstanding. The fact that he had my daughter's Prius washed before delivery speaks volumes.You will not be disappointed by South Bay Collision Center.

I truly can’t think of a better customer service experience I have EVER had.Not only did the car come out looking brand new, but the accommodations provided by them were second to none. From helping with driving - ordering missing parts - providing a fair price - and continual updates about the progress of my car, this company did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.So you really gotta look no more. Andy (Owner) is a fantastic individual to work with. Very professional, efficient, and knows the business very well. Was prompt on reaching out to me on getting a quote done in person and was very patient with me as I wanted to get quotes from other body shops around the area. His pricing is very competitive (especially for those who don't want to go through insurance) and his team delivered earlier then expected with AMAZING quality! I got in touch with them regarding The front right fender of my 2006 Honda Pilot which had a broken light and a serious dent. In my case I was looking for recommendations on what to do, since the body work alone could get close to totaling the vehicle given how old it is. However, rather than run me through a specific process, one of their people got on the phone with me and helped me search places where I could go get the panel wholesale myself for a ton less money and then they’d be happy to do the installation. Keep in mind that most shops would have just run me through their “sales process” and while they might just quote a price and do the work, it would cost over $500 more. The fact that their people took the time to really listen to my needs and actively work with me to find the best course of action for my specific situation really set them apart from the rest.
