And this is the only shipping center I've ever visited that weighs your letter or package, then presents the customer with a visual matrix of pricing and options across all the major shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. That really blew me away. I've never seen that before!”
“People give it one star because the USPS doesn't bend over backwards for them and they were inconvenienced once. I have interacted with Jackie multiple times at the counter (at multiple times throughout the workday) and she has always been pleasant. Treat people with respect and they will treat you that way in return. Government office staff have to deal with unpleasant people more than most of us, so give them a break and be nice.”
